I love the art direction of this episode, they really didn’t hold back and went for the creative choices ! Argh before this episode I thought the neighbor was actually a good person, that he just didn’t hear the beating because he plays games but he called the cops…. And after this episode we finally understand why the brother rightfully hated him, he was part of the problem, maybe even the root 😔

Of the three stories told in this episode my favorite is the fairytale fox story because of how it's almost exclusively "show don't tell" but it's still very understandable and tells us how the brother was slowly becoming a "hunter" and how the sister was reacting to everything

This episode is so so so good

People make up rumours about women all the time, without any concern about the effects of these rumours. And they captured that really well. Smile at their face then make up rumours behind their back. It's really sad😢

My little brother also has the condition(?) where he smiles compulsively. Got him into trouble a lot like Shinra; teachers and Mom definitely didn't understand that it was compulsive when he was in trouble and made them punish him more 😅. Immediately endeared me to the character. Love him, so cute, so glad I found this playlist 💜 Also, fuck RUclips. I searched for "episode 1 reactions" of Fire Force twice before and got only groups of like 5 people screaming "fire" over everything so I thought chill reactions just were not out there, but I thought to use the playlists to search it and *THAT'S* how I found out you did this series. I love Ozzie and Fizz's relationship!! One of the best in the show! Now... their relationship becoming public wouldn't be that much of a problem. After all, Beelzebub (the Sin of Gluttony) has a relationship with a hellhound. The thing is... Ozzie has been promoting lust without romance, so coming to public that he is in a serious relationship would make be an hypocrite. However... like one could see in the news and through what Crimson said, their secret is not exactly secret...

Yes! This is one of my favorite episodes in the show. Fizz is by far my favorite and seeing him mend his relationship with blitzø makes me so happy 💕

I don't know if this is what happened but remember that moment when Cheng was wondering if he and Lu could have a bad connection because Cheng couldn't hear Lu for a bit? Well during the part that Cheng couldn't hear Lu the brother was helping his sister learn sign language while physically touching his sister's hands while Cheng was possessing her. Idk how accurate this theory of mine is but it's the only thing I could think of to explain the "bad connection" between Cheng and Lu during that scene

The Bridon arc only has the sub out so will you wait until the dub comes out to react to it or will you react to it via the sub?

Yes. The four tails is a reference to Goku His name of course 😂 He is the four tails in reference to the dragon ball with 4 stars that Goku grandpa used to have He is red in reference to the super saiyajin 4 And his jinchuuriki name is Roshi in reference to Master Roshi ( goku's master)

Here you can see the other side of the story, how the Tailed Beast felt when people didn't care about their feelings. Kishimoto surely wanted to show as a message that animals are also beings that deserve attention. The fact that "Demon Fox" or "Beasts" is just a phrase people used out of fear and that the state Naruto had when he had four or six tails was just Kurama's revolt
