동탄2더샾포스코센텀폴리스 35층 신축입니다 입주5개월차 처음부터 수격작용이생겼고 22층 21층에서 사용시 저희집은20층입니다 계속 수도사용시 망치소리가 납니다 20층에서 수도 사용해도 역시 쿵쿵 망치소리가 납니다 제가 계속 수격작용이라해도 포스코cs팀에서는 해결을 못하고 있습니다 이 기계장치를 설치해야 하는거 아닙니까? 제 생각에는35층부터 전수조사를 해서 원인을 찾아야 한다고 계속 말하고 있습니다 포스코가 못하면 나에게 권한을 위임하라고 했어요 내가 전문가를 전국적으로 찾아서 설치하겠다고 했습니다

That is called "surge vessel".It have air pressure on top side and water on bottom.When water level increases inside the cylinder(surge vessel)the top side pressure will apply against the flow of water inside pipeline.
