Hello there! I'm a Malaysian working as a hospital pharmacist in London. I enjoy content creation especially when it comes to making life easier for everyone. I'll be posting videos about pharmacy, what it's like working in the UK as an international, lifestyle advice and tips and anything I'm passionate about! x

I was so fortunate to have great mentors in the previous hospital I worked in, such that they delivered extensive on-call training sessions to give us the confidence we needed to be on-call for the first time! Not every hospital would have such an elaborate training as well so I thought I could share my two years of experience on what being on-call is like and how you baby on-call pharmacists would survive your first few shifts!

How did you become a pharmacist in London? Is there any malaysian scholarships that offer pharmacy programme overseas?
Hi there, I studied my degree here in the UK and applied after I finished my degree 😊 But I believe you can do a twinning programme from Malaysia to the UK as well. I didn’t explore that option at that time as there wasn’t any specific pharmacy scholarship but I think there were general scholarships eg. JPA that offer chances to further your studies overseas!
