Det var länge sedan jag var på Military Tatoo. Vi hade kommit till Edinburgh. Av en slump fick vi reda på att något skulle hända uppe i slottet så vi gick dit 2 20-åringar från stockholm sverige som åkte runt i skottland under en månad. Vi tältade och köpte en flaska rödvin på en tvärgata till Princess street. Vinet var dåligt så det fick vi hälla ut. Vi körde sedan via Glasgow norrut för vi ville ju se om vi skulle se "nessie"i Loch Ness. Målet var John O Groats vilket inte hände p.g.a en enorm förkylning. Vi vände vid Crask Inn och uppsökte sjukhus i Inverness

I am Brazilian. But I had the opportunity to visit Scotland and know a little about its culture. It is a beautiful and welcoming country. The Scottish spirit is very warm. And the sound of the bagpipes makes me cry. I had no doubt and I ended up buying two of them in Edinburgh. That eventually served as decoration on the wall of my office. Because it is very difficult to play. Sir James Paul McCartney was sure to be very insumed (as always) when he created this beautiful song. And he made a great tribute to Mull of Kyntire. And of course to all Scotland. Detail I learned to sing this song in 1978. Hugs from Brazil.
