Просмотров 20 тыс.2 года назад
I had breast reduction surgery! Finally! I'm so pleased that I have had this done, my life has completely changed since this surgery and by far it is the best thing I have ever done. This is for people who are interested in getting the surgery privately in the UK and a little insight into my experience. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I'M GOING TO THE ROYAL COLLEGE OF MUSIC | My audition experience + more!
Просмотров 11 тыс.6 лет назад
Welcome to my first video in my new mini series about starting at RCM! In this first video, as you can see from the title, I tell you about my experience auditioning for the college. It took me two tries to get accepted into the college before they finally gave in but I'm so pleased to share with you my little success story that I am really quite proud of... Later in the series I'll tell you my...
what size did you shrink down to?
My goodness this is beautiful. I wasn’t expecting that , I loved watching this xx
Exquisite music!
l have been afraid for many, many, many years to have this surgery, but after seeing and listening to you l am thinking of having it done. My question to you is how did you know what surgeon to choose.
Great video and very informative, thank you. Would be great to get an update 18 months or so later. Xx
Where did you go for your breast reduction surgery in the UK?
Thanks sis for sharing this. I'm glad you are happy
I'm so happy for you sharing your journey with us sweetheart xx
Thank you for sharing, Maddie! This is one of the best video on reduction I have seen. I really appreciate hearing your story. I would welcome any updates you might be willing to share. :)
How long were you off work?
If you dont mind me asking Did you get any necrosis on the nipples after the free nipple graft or did they just take from the outset? Such an informative video I watched this preparing for my surgery and at the time skipped over the nipple part as I wasnt initially having the FNG and now post op i need all the information in regards to healing after having it done😢 thanks so much x
Thank you for this video Maddie, I have come accross this as I am an 18 year old living in london and most of these videos are in foreign countries. I am size 30G , so not as large as you, but my boobs are in extreme disproportion compared to my body. This video is really useful, thank you :)
This helped me so much, I have my surgery in 5 days and was panicking a bit but this reassured me so much - thank you!
I wish I could afford a breast reduction! It’s almost impossible on NHS😢 congratulations!
Sister, if you are looking for an affordable breast reduction surgery, you can consider a doctor from Sri Lanka. I'm from Sri Lanka. I know there's an on going economic crisis there. But, Sri Lankan doctors are really clever. Irrespective of the fact that SL being a developing country, Sri Lankan education system is well recognized in the world and most of the consultants are UK trained. Therefore, it's worth doing some research on it. I just suggested you as I know the pain. Ive been living in Singapore for years. Therefore I dont feel the crisis much. Therefore of you wish to go there. Do discuss about anesthesia. you can buy medicines for your self. I'm not sure about the quality of medicines in Sri Lanka at the moment. Apart from that, every other things should be ok. You would be able to find affordable accommodation from aribnb etc. to stay in Sri Lanka until you are good to go. If you are coming, you'd better come with someone else. I don't think everything will cost much
@@devnipadmasiri1765 I really need to stay in my own country unfortunately. Money and my pets lol but thank you for the information
I wish if you can connect me to that doctor so that I. An also do the same
Women who cut off their boobs have more than insecurity issues and so called back problems they have mental illness. Cutting off parts of your body is a sickness.
So cutting off cancer is sickness? Cutting an appendix out is sickness. We get these surgeries because we NEED them. How shallowed minded of you to even comment this. It’s literally none of your business. I’m sure if you had massive tits causing pain and rashes you’d want them off too
do you get out of breath after concert heavy mouth breathing? have you heard of mdh breathing?
Well, I got in! So you can too! ... For anyone reading this...
Was there any sickness or nausea after the surgery I'm really worried about that :(
i've just had the surgery, i vomited twice but afterwards it was such a relief. My mum said i came back from the recovery room looking really pale. Better out than in!
Thanku Maddie for an informative review on ur surgery...Maddie please take hair elastics off wrists..we all do it..but hairbands carry bacteria that can get into bloodstream..u r post opp..u dont want bacteria running up ur arm into opp site..love from Australia 💝ur boobs look amazing🌻
i’m 3 days post op i watched your video before my operation and it made me so calm! i hope it’s all going well for you!! did you experience any dry blood under the breast as I’ve noticed some dry blood down my breasts?
This makes me so happy, thank you for your comment! If there was anything like that it would have come off when I had my first bath post surgery, if you’re worried though, best to chat to your surgeon or a nurse
@maddieboreham9039 Hello Mrs Maddie Boreham from my Jerusalem Israel. How are you? I hope work for you is well as well as your start to 2024. I am happy to introduce myself to you. My name is Jonathan Trauner. I will be 30 in Jerusalem this May 15th 2024. I work as a software algorithms tester at Mobileye in Jerusalem Israel. I am a poet and performing artist who loves to sing. I was hit by a huge tall tour bus in the area of Mobileye in Jerusalem Israel on June 18th 2023. I broke my left collarbone in three places. I finished recovering last month in Jerusalem. My dream is to become the first poet and artist with Autism to win a Emmy Grammy Oscar Academy Award and Tony Award in 2025 in Los Angeles California and to create Jerusalem Israels second ever coed acapella singing group based in the German Colony The JerusaHymns.
Oh my goodness ! The before & after! I'm 40ddd & it's something I can write a book!
I loved your story! Congratulations on your wonderful outcome!!! I'm looking into the surgery myself. Can I ask what size you are now? Did you get to choose your size? How does that work? Thanks for your video and I look forward to updates!
I will definitely get the two pillows. I’m getting my surgery on March 2023 I’m so happy been waiting my entire life for this! 🎉❤I’m so happy for you 🥹
Just searched you out because Google decided to flash your story at me. So OF COURSE I was curious and headed straight to RUclips to be able to HEAR you as well as SEE you in motion. Isn't video great?😃 Anyway, you look JUST EXACTLY like my sister-in-law so I found that very entertaining. Also, I want to congratulate you on your endeavour as I myself am quite large busted and have always DREAMED of having most of this weight cut off my frame. It is TRULY quite painful on the skeletal structure to be so top heavy. People that don't suffer it don't even KNOW what it does to your back.🤦 Anyway, congratulations! I have subscribed, and you have a new fan! 😃 Greetings from Oregon, 🇺🇸! ❤❤❤
Good luck in your new life. You are beautiful
She is. Isn't she?👍
Hi. I can see how happy you are and wish you an amazing life minus the 2 massive drawbacks I also have. Also want to say thanks for the wise words. I’m 61, 5’ tall and have struggled with the size of my breasts since I was a teenager. Going through the extremely un PC seventies and eighties as a young woman with large breasts was a nightmare! I would walk miles to avoid a building site! Fast forward...I’m finally have my reduction on the 31st and cannot believe it’s finally my time! I had a battle to get it on the NHS, but finally won through. I hope the final outcome is all you dreamed of. Chris xx
Excellent news. I've not met you but I know Yvonne and was happy to put something into your fund.
Is there a contemporary major/degree/course of voice in RCM?
I want to register in the college but i can't find the right link Can someone help with it ?
Love your video. I felt very identified with you in that first exam. I didn't apply for RCM but I applied for the Conservatory of music in my country (Peru) this year in January. I remember that I was so nervous in my singing audition with a lot of people that like they wanted to get accepted. After my exam, I thought i wasn't going to pass, but 8 hours later my brother called me and he told that succefully I passed the first stage of admission. I was so happy but unfortunately i didn't get in. However, I won't let that frustrate me and I will apply the next year again. With that first experience I know I can do it! Thanks for share us your experience :) In a future i will apply for RCM too. Greetings from Lima, Peru :D
hi Maddie.. thanks for the information,,
Do you think is possible to enter If I had only Singing Lessons by a teacher , not well-known and with not a big focus on harmony, technical stuffs? it was more a performing teacher, let me know
Try to have a professional voice teacher to tutor you. RCM is one of the top music schools in the world.
