EASY DIY PAINTED WOOD HEXAGON SHELVES WITH CHALK PAINT DECOR
I purchased these two hexagon wood shelves at Goodwill Stores for $4.99 each. I wanted them for my daughter's room but her aesthetic is white furnishings, so I needed to them paint in white.
Apologies, in my video I referred to the shelves as frames, not sure why I did that.
I painted with three coats of Snow White Chalk paint by Waverly and sanded after each coat had dried. I sealed the paint with three coats of Polycrylic topcoat sealer and after each application after 24 hours lightly sanded, then applied next polycrylic coat.
The hardest part was waiting for each coat of paint and sealer to dry, but it was worth the wait.
