The Venti EB's are so rude dude, like I have been recently seeing EB's stealing the JB's register and they even claimed that it's theirs, when they obviously saw the junior baristas in front of the registers and sometimes they forget to claim it. Whenever EB's saw the register unclaimed, THEY TAKE IT like no one is there. I recently almost got an Argument with an EB saying "Um I claimed it so it's mine?" and me replying "You saw that I was here, and you TOOK it." after that anither EB was defending me but she kept saying "it was unclaimed so it's mine.", I also saw another EB saying "Move. This is my register" to a JUNIOR BARISTA when he literally claimed it for only 2 MINUTES? Bonus is when I report this to the MRs they would just simply say "Sorry I cannot do anything about that, you can find another register." Like how are they not seeing the rudeness of EB's these days? Also, when I correct Junior baristas in the training center that they should not line up yet until time, it was literally 11 minutes away from the actual time, a girl was saying" K cuz we can?" And another one accusing me of "lining up" too? I was so pissed off dude.

This is true for all cafe games. I literally changed my style and forced myself to like it just so I could get promoted. It’s stupid, and since I forced myself now I don’t like any other style, and I don’t know what I’ve gotten myself into. Yet it doesn’t work.

people say that they’ve been working at venti for a year, which may seem true but it’s not. some people may have been a rank for a year+ but not active DAILY for a year, and I think people get mixed up.

Hey there! I’m a former HR. I’m not allowed to say it but this is all true! We did promote people with more robux. Why? Well that tends to mean they are a lot older and we don’t want any kids being an MR because they will most likely abuse their powers.
