    when to do.inhale and exhale.during use this machine? and how.much time.spend in bending and back to normal.position?

      exhale when going up, inhale when going down. you should last 1 s in fully bend position and slowly (around 4 sec) return to normal position :). I hope it helped

    This thing is the BEST/WORST calf machine. My calves are more sore than ever after using this. I can barely walk.

    8 years and you only have 322 views. It is good to be short; however, there are a lot more to it then your video. For example, take the time to show people how to sit properly and what are some of the common mistakes. You have the good intention of helping newbies, might as well take it a step further. Just a suggestion.

    Excellent form during your first demo but better to use a stand as you then did for the second demo. However, it's important to lean back further while on the stand as you did in the first demo off the stand to keep pressure off the vertebrae and on the quads and inner thighs.

    I like this exercise only thing is I dont know if I should be doing it since o have bad knees. After like the 8th rep my right knee feels like it's going to snap

      You´re right. It forces you to control the motion against resistance, much like not dropping a weight, creating strength endurance.

      He was probably using the least amount of weight; thus, barely any resistance at all in order to do it that fast. One of the worst training videos on RUclips.
