Good video. Went for first wild camp myself a few weeks back. Made similar mistakes as was cold due to crap sleeping bag. Also got eaten alive by midges. Enjoyed it though and have learned for next time.

Great video, I'm thinking of doing a camp up there this next week. Keep getting outside, nature is the best medicine as far as I'm concerned ☺
It certainly is. Thank you!
love your vids. Your doing better than me with getting out. Im in a cycle of always being tired or lazy to push myself out the door. But then im sitting overthinking things and getting anxious about silly things. Times I have got out, i know it works 1000% with improving your mental state. Its just that push to go. Great video and look forward to your next.
Yes the initial push is the hardest thing to overcome. It gets to a point that the pain is too much that I have no other choice but to push myself. Keep going and keep trying.
Well done mate keep these vids coming you will be a paul messner in no time 👍🤣
Hello friend. I just wanted to say you are a very brave man to be able to talk about mental illness. I also know exactly how you are feeling. Because I struggle with moderate to severe depression and anxiety, which has been god awful. Hugging you with my heart, stay safe and happy. ❤ Paul.

Nice video fella. 👍☀️
I’m sorry to hear you’ve been struggling with your mental health recently 😢 I know what that’s like-it can be such a roller coaster and such as helpless feeling as well. Just know that you’re not alone in your struggles-there are many of us feeling exactly as you have been feeling, all over the world. I find that sometimes I struggle to even do the things I love to do, but the effort is so worth it, because once I get out into nature, I feel whole and it just takes me into a different mindset and state of being. Hang in there, friend!! Enjoying your videos and looking forward to the next installment! ☺️👏🌟
Thank you for sharing your own struggles, it really does help to know that I'm not alone. I hope things get better for you and I'm glad getting out in nature helps you too. Keep going. 💚
Glad you are back getting out and about, great video, keep doing what you’re doing ❤
Great vlog, good to see your getting out and about👍👍👍
I struggle every time I go to get motivated even knowing I will enjoy it. Once I'm out and hiking it's all gone. come rain or shine. Keep cracking on.
