Hello po, ma’am. When did you apply po? I applied before starting nung 1st term po. Tapos got accidentally accepted but upon finding out na may kulang na requirement, binawi po yung scholarship and advised that I would reapply for 2nd term. I applied during 1st term period pa naman po at wala pa pong nakukumpletong any units. Would I be considered as lateral applicant?

Sa mga scholarship offerings ng DOST, I think hindi na. Sa senior high school and 2nd year college lang po kasi pinapatake yung exam. But don't be discouraged, try mo sa CHED. Ang alam ko, halos lahat na ng mga universities meron nang CHED scholarship
