The has symbiote
0.0016P1*75 = 0.12P1, not 0.0012P1
1-0.012*200=-1.4, why is it +1.4 in the equation 6?
if we take as -1.4 then the p1 = 2122.04.... So it is deviating well from the considered value.
@@powersystemz does this mean that whenever the value of that is a negative, we will always get the absolute value?
If generation limits are provided for each unit and in any step, if one generator output is found to exceed its limit, what is to be done in next step in gradient search method ??
Already similar kind of problem is solved before.. Pls go through it
In the first problem why the base kv is taken as only 110 why not 440
Base is common for all the equipment's in the problem

Thanks for the explanatory video, it's really useful. However, I have a doubt: after setting P1 to 600 MW and recalculating P2 and P3 so that the sum is 250 MW, by obtaining a new lambda value of 8.57, shouldn't we check again that the conditions of the partial derivatives dFi/dPi ≤ lambda (for Pi=Pmax), dFi/dPi≥ lambda (for Pi=Pmin) and dFi/dPi (for Pmin<Pi<Pmax) still hold?
