This is how you steal money legally. home owners with no tenants or rental property

I am sueing EDD do I sue La County or the EDD office where iive where I filed my claim. My appeal was heard in LA office of appeals. Should I include the appeals office on section 6.
great vid. very helpful. Thanks
This is another money grab by the government.
hi
How about some landlord protections against dirtbag tenants?
🙌
Question? If u have units and they are under Family Lmtd Partnership are you required to register?
Companies and individuals almost immediately feign bankruptcy and put the company under a different name or ownership. Simple loophole that makes it harder to collect. I couldn’t believe how simple that was. 😞
It’s hard as hell to collect after a judgement. This countries judicial system is a joke. Only when it comes down to you collecting your sum on a case does the system completely bow out and allow you to become your own personal bounty hunter lol it’s sad though.
What if someone steals your identity and email address? You will never get notices
Why is she wearing a mask? Muffled.
Its ALL A FAKE SCAM.
Who protects the pop&mom landlords?
Do you have a webinar about no fault tenant evictions process for tenants???
looks like the cort$ and $heriff$ make all the money, and make it real hard to colect from a cheating business, knowingly seling defective products, resulting i protecting the cheating business, ( government protectionracheteering)? so businesses know just like most people loose their recipt$ most people feel like because of the racketeering fee$, and the complicated forms, they already lost
How about actually make it difficult for fraudsters to add on fake title deed papers and make notary publics more accountable for failing to double check the ID and fingerprint with the actual owner.
Great, more nonsensical bureaucracy and pointless fees. As if we aren't getting taxed to death already you pricks.
it could be explained in 2 min.
Yearly property tax for peoples owned home is the only scam
Can I use this information to sue a trustee for money he got for selling the trust house and it is the end of the trust
do we have to send the evidence to the defendant too or only the court?
Both
Couldn’t locate the e-alert sign up on the assessor web site
Changes 1. You have to present evidence BEFORE the hearing
It's said in the video @17:36. "Both sides must submit any evidence they want considered in advance of the hearing."
Great presentation, thank you.
How can a landlord file for my past do rent after their Attys didn't show up to court on my unlawful detainer an the Judge dismissed the entire case without Prejudice an told me I should Sue the Extended Stay America hotel the hotel collected over $20,000 without my Signature R my Authorization the judge said I don't have to pay back rent that's financial Fraud.
Very helpful thank you 🙏
Your so called "stayhousedla" is in reality a program that provides a source of income for the people that is working with them, but in reality those benefits never reach the poor or less favorable ones, their workshops have tons of information, but to a what extent do they really help people?, not at all, more Californians families are getting evicted than ever, your reach out to the community doesn't exist, I was one of them, but help doesn't exist.
What is form sc103 do I need to fill it out
Thank you for the info but Wtf she gotta mask on in a video call??🙄
Housing is Key was a joke I reached out to this program and was told that since my tenant didn't want to cooperate I could not get my 1 year loss of rent but the tenant could stay in my building rent free showing no proof of anything totally insane proof
What a joke if a person just said they were effected by Corona they did not have to show anything but the Landlord must show all kinds of proof such a double standard everything has gone up what you crooks have done to hard working people I call it legal thief p
What's the rent increase for 2023 because know the county supervisors decide for the owners.
Help us elimitating the property tax for ever.
my property manager increased my rent 8.6% or $105 I live in the city of Covina is this legal? and the notice says increase starts in 11 months not 12 is this legal?
yes
@@jaycarl1562 no explanation of why you said yes?
Do not go for this dental advertising scammers selling you a health insurance . Once they got your info you will get 50 calls a day, and sales your info to others people .
Congratulations LA County. Your policies ultimately screwed over tenants. Landlord would usually work with their tenants and not raise rents for many years in a row until absolutely necessary. Landlords would give a prospective tenant a “chance”’even if their rental history was less than perfect or income borderline. Landlords will be sure to rent above the “fair market”. What we’re you all thinking? NOW landlords will be certain raise rents every year (less than 10%). Landlords will only rent to the cream of the crop and ensure they are high income with the ability to pay generous deposits- yeah all the prospective home buyers who put off buying a home because of interest rates. They have money saved up and will gleefully pay a big deposit. Landlords are sitting on empty units and some are in no hurry. They don’t trust the govt now because of what you’ve done to them. What a disaster caused by you guys who don’t understand what you’ve ultimately done. Shame.
@greaselighting101 I don’t think it was the supervisors who did this on their own. They followed the wishes of the people. I saw so many renters pushing for this. You should see all the celebratory posts stating “we won” from renters. People tend to ask for things but don’t always realize the impact of their requests. Another example is of people asking for minimum wages to be increased. Did they think services and goods would not increase? Best to let the market decide wages and rents. Govt should stay out of it but people don’t understand that and pressure govt to do something.
@@cameliavera of course it was from pressure- but a govt has no right to impose the burden of their policies upon landlords. Renters are screwed and they can thank the officials for what happens next.
@@greaselighting101 Please go peddle your irrationally, imbecillic nonsense else where. 99.999% of LA landlords are beneath contempt. Smh #dismissed #blocked
@@telltruthshamethedevil2488 Exactly!
The owner of my rental gave me a 10% increase last year and this year. I live in Inglewood, CA. Is that legal?
Ridiculous who do we start writing letters to? Who adds a law that allows tenants to pay back rent for a year? How about all of you working for this organization not get paid for a year and those on the county board who voted for this ridiculousness get no payments for a year. Crazy
At least 10 days before? So how is that calculated? if it's April 13 does that mean by April 3?
Thank you for this video! Is there a RUclips channel that we can refer our tenants to, for their webinars?
How much can the landlord raise rent on RSO property is it 3 % and the cpi or 10 %
Need closed caption, your voice is muffled
And the landlords debt property payment taxes insurance and maintenance.
'Promo sm' 😪
