1. First press the “clean” of the remote control more than 3 times, then re-add some powder to let the machine start working again. 2. Please open the side hole, When you press the remote control to let the machine work, please see if the chain is rotating. If it is not rotating, please turn off the power, then touch the chain gently to see if it turns.

Machine is good but spark can do some changes. Color full sparks, color changing sparks red, pink, velvet golden, blue, green... ✌️👍👌

Hi are you talking about the cold spark machines that have the card readers? I was told to BEWARE of the cold spark machines with the card readers only because they’re a pain to deal with. As far as I know there is no way to bypass the card. I hope this answers your question.
Why doesn't the app have built-in programs? Macro, sound activated, slow & fast chase, strobe, etc.? Where can I get the operation manual, in English? Without these things, we cannot use our lights effectively. Please help!
