Oh yes we had a wonderful time there. It is such a beautiful country, the food is excellent and the people are so friendly. @@gabirohwedder1688 Yes there is a Cali in Colombia. According to Wikipedia: "Cali is a Colombian city in the Valle del Cauca department, southwest of Bogotá. It’s known for salsa dancing." I can attest to its vibrancy as a Night Life spot, and I would say it is the Salsa & Rumba capital of the world. Certainly one of the cities to visit on your trip to Colombia. Great music, friendly people and the lovely smell of Chicharones (a crispy fried pork skin/belly or crispy fried chicken, served with slices of fried yucca/casava as we call it in Jamaica). I'm told the Bandeja Paisa is quite good but, although I've been to Colombia quite a few times, I just never tried that dish.
