Some things changed in my life that made me stop making video's. It's quite a time consuming process, which i didn’t have at the time. Would like to make some videos again in the future, because it's really nice to see people are still watching them :)

The complete Wheelset is from Prostuf. They have wheels for all kind of bike brands and types

I know this is old, but that is the way they come for many years. Look at the parts diagram from somewhere that sells OEM parts and you'll see washers only on the chain side.

Prox is een goed merk! De lagers zitten er al 2 jaar in nog niks aan gemerkt. Hoe lang ze meegaan ligt er natuurlijk aan hoe en waar je er mee rijd. En met afspuiten niet vol op de keringen spuiten helpt ook ;)

@@MrDen119 Danku voor uw antwoord. Ik ben altijd redelijk bang om geen originele onderdelen te gebruiken maar als je zegt dat die al zeker 2 jaar meegaan heb je me overtuigd om dit ook te proberen. En het is goedkoper

Prox wordt veel gebruikt ook in de motor zelf en door dealers. Zelf ook altijd goede ervaringen mee gehad ;)

Not a silly question! No grease in the bearing itself, i only put some grease in between the bearing and dust seal. Just to keep dirt/water out and catch the dirt in case some comes through the dust seal/axel. Hope this helps!

I believe the crankcases of the sx and exc are the same, so it should be possible. When you’re ordering the parts you can ask the ktm dealer, just to be sure. 😉

If i understand you correctly, it's no damage. You can just loosen the triple clamp bolts and rotate the fork to the correct position. When you do that, also keep in mind that you keep the forks both in the same height.

​@@MrDen119 Yeah That was what I meant, In addition I was just wondering if since I have been riding the bike several hours having the fork rotate in the wrong position it coulf have had caused some damage, Anyway thanks For your advice, and if I can suggest something for your upcoming video..Anything about Carburetor tuning would be lit

No that doesn’t cause damage, so no worries there. I already have a video that covers some carburetor tuning. It’s episode #9 of the rebuild. Hope that video helps you! 😉

@@MrDen119 I just put general O-rings from a set that I keep for general use. I think I ordered that set from Alibaba 🤔 The size is just slightly smaller than the wheel spacer so it has a nice snug fit (don’t know the diameter of the spacer)

No problem! I usually pick a ratio that suits the track i'm riding the most best. I use that ratio on other tracks as well (cost effective ;) ). The stock ratio was 13/50. There was quite a noticeable difference on the chain adjustment going from a 13 to a 14 sprocket. I had enough room to adjust to the right tension, but it's possible that your chain is too short when you go to a longer ratio. It's also good to keep in mind that it's best to mount new sprockets with a new chain. That way you get the most life out of both. Hope this helps!

Interesting, thanks for letting me know! It feels really good, so it makes sense. But still it could feel different compared to mine, if the gearbox ratios changed on the ‘21 and ‘22.

Thanks for the feedback, i was figuring out the whole editing and video making thing. In my newer videos i changed my approach a bit so less editing/cutting is necessary. Hope you won't puke watching those ;).

They can be a real pain in the a$$. Depends on how long they have been in there and the conditions they have been in can really lock them in to place. I had to use quite some force as well. For the next time, some heat can make the job easier as well, heating the link with a gas burner for example.
