On May 13th, an era came to an end for the Timbavati and Enkhulu Control Gate as K9 Joey, affectionately known as Kharula, retired from service. Kharula, who was an integral part of the Timbavati family as an anti-poaching K9 before moving to work at Enkhulu Gate, received a traditional ‘last call’ parade, honoring his dedicated service.
