I'm not sure, but it doesn't sound like a V8. It's registered as having an 8.3-litre motor, but I'm not sure about the gearbox.

I like the R190 series. Haven't seen many but I like the shape. I can see the resemblance with this one.

You're welcome. I don't imagine the truck will have been in this good a condition before the museum got it. Most of their trucks are restored to like new.

It's a nice old tractor. Not sure why the cladding is new the museum has obviously redone it at some stage.

For sure. Maybe not in Hawksbury itself but the area is awesome. Beautiful coast line, lots of cool little coastal communities and heaps of history. Best of all it's close to Dunedin. I often drive the coastal route from Hawksbury through Seacliff and Warrington rather than SH1. Much more scenic.

@ScenicDriveProductions Nice, yeah I recently put in offer in on a property in hawksbury, haven't had the chance to check it out person, but moving down for university course anyways, so will see soon enough.

No idea where it was made Fendt is fairly new to me. It is an impressive combine though and hopefully one day will get a video of one working.

What were the designers thinking. For year’s International had a reputation as very good looking tractors and then they came up with this. Talk about an ugly duckling 😢

@@johnjordan4647 I talked with several farmers who owned this design, while ugly is a good description , it was surprisingly well balanced and would out pull many tractors of greater size and horsepower even though they were also four wheel drive

I'm guessing it was the model after the W6 or AW6 as it was in Australia. No idea what it would be worth sorry. At a guess maybe around $5000 NZD.

I agree. I think the newer stuff they are more focused on operator comfort and looks as opposed to building reliable simple machines that get the job done.
