This isn't the video I had originally planned on posting today, but it serves as a prelude for what's to come. When your life calls for honesty, answer. As painful as it may feel, don't grow numb in the name of self-protection, or even overwhelm. Honesty is a sacred process of release that doesn’t have to be walked through alone. God is with you, always.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I too am in a season of learning to feel again and am learning that the numbness I was feeling was due to an emotion pile up. I totally resonate with going to the gym! God has encouraged me to take control of my health and one way He's been guiding me is to exercise consistently! Also, where did you get that "be still" sticker from?
