Ignoring the fact that there is no way this kid could even walk with so many guns on him, if you realisticaly have to worry about kid "gang members" bringing shotguns into school you should just close it and burn it down. Once the violence escalated that high you need to separate these kids for good, no way a dress code could help. Of course nobody really worries about this, its just a way to justify the dress code to the parents. Which is why they chose a male student as an example. Nobody could really argue that a short skirt, cleavage or jeggings make it easier to conceal a weapon.
