This my problem on my philip turntable i don't know how to fix this. All are grounding properly both amps and turntable i dont know what the cause the problem
Thanx,rudeboy 👍
The manner in which this man speaks English is too good.
Humming can also come from poor capacitors on the main circuit board of your turntable. This happens when a manufacturer uses cheap Chinese filter capacitors. They can be easily removed and new better quality ones soldered in place.
Bless up nice record I’ve got that in my box
Is this guy still on the 90's?
more like in 1969
What is the black stuff?
Maybe the shrink tube that you’re referring to. When heated it shrinks around wires to protect them
so you'll just be getting a mono signal.. and not just the l or the r of the stereo signal.. you'll be getting only the left or the right of the CUE channel, not the master. so you'll just be limited to the left or the rights of whichever channel is selected on the CUE. but you can't really DJ like that (well you could, but not accurately). what you really need to do is to some the left and the right to mono and send that too the telephone. you'll need to get a TRS connector and solder a resistor in series. Just search on making a stereo to mono summing cable.
sabes muchisimo, estoy armando uno, podrias ayudarme que es conector trs ? y que es una resistencia en serie.
Keep it going!
I like your videos..thanks
Can you add links to your suggestions please
You sound like that china Guy whats its name Uncle Roger🤣🤣🤣
I don't have a ground terminal on my receiver. Can I just use electrical or duck tape instead of gaffer?
Please get this gentleman a tv show, radioshow, netflix show, ANY show where he is talking about music, or anything for that matter. Someone make this a reality. This guy is awesome.
🎉
Why not make it Stereo instead of just Mono and change the default speaker for one better headphone speaker?!
PART 3?
Sweet tune at the beginning!
There appears to be no video only audio.
Hey dude, I'm using a couple of Vestax handytrax but want to get them sounding nice with an eclair mixer, they don't come with a GND, any idea how i can improve my situation?
Oi! Thanks
Oi!
My solution for high volume bass hum is very simple . Place your record player on a foam pad , I used memory foam . Absorbs the vibrations....problem solved . I noticed an improvement in sound quality over all.
Where do I get this foam pad?
this comment saved me so much trouble, THANK YOU!!!!!!
@@rayfromphilly6969 Any craft store.
@@gwsisaac4461 Im glad that helped 👍 that was an old comment. To be honest , I got tired of vinyl , its overpriced and simply a pain in the ass. I bought a high end bluetooth music adapter for my stereo , been streaming music through Tidal and haven't looked back as it sounds great. Now I'm stuck having to sell about 400 records lol.
I was wondering what would cause my stylus to skip, after the record is finish play when it is coming back to the post? It has automatic return? Does something need to be adjusted or oiled? My turntable is a vintage Kenwood KD 2000 from the 1970,s Any help would be cool!
looks good but smells wrong...
Irme for a video and left with a weedy-O
You understand that skating is caused by groove friction but you blow it when you get to the blank disc. You can’t equalize in groove friction by use of a disc that have no grooves thus no groove friction
Hello, from London! I’m curious about your accent. Sounds kinda Scandinavian with a touch of the West Indies :-)
To me it sounds like brazilian swedish.

Ma man!
Hello buddy. I have a problem with my turntable because I want to connect it to an external preamplifier for better sound effect. the following problem was created. when they open and close some appliances in the house e.g. kitchen etc. on the speakers sounds a chic chuck. let me remind you that the specific turntable from its construction has no ground. I do not know if this is to blame and if there is a way to ground it. I also tried to place both the turntable and the preamplifier in various sockets in the house and the problem remains. if you know what could be wrong please help me. thanks. my turntable is stanton t92usb. the preamplifier is project ad box s2 phono.
Tom ,I have my table on a sand box sitting os 9 1/2 squash ball under the sand box all are on 500 bench Stand . What more can I do to stop hum on my 1229 Dual
Place your record player on a foam pad , I used some memory foam ...problem solved . Also I noticed better sound quality over all.
My turntable don't have a ground wire, so it must be inside my audio cables
You're a bad ass. Come to the states and the beers are on me.
42k wieving, 494 subscraiber.. ! injustice
Broo! Thank you :))
what a voice and way to speak!
This dude sounds like Un Cle Ro Ger
Skinhead!! Came for the technical advice and dig your style!
you're not talking, you're singing. Love your voice man!
bought an expensive cable but has no grounding cable on it. Does that mean i have to buy another cable with a grounder?
So I grounded my wires and it played fine, but as I was at work there was a small thunderstorm and everyone's power was flicker and such, and when I got back home to play again, it started making the humming noise so I regrounded the wires and still it makes the noise, is it possible for my thunderstorm to mess with the grounding, its the only thing I can think of at the moment since it has been ok up until now.
Thats some sweeeet swiss flow soooo goood the yellow from the egg❤️😂
So what if it's and antique turntable? You know just plug in, turn on volume control only? It's a LOUD hum!
You can remove hum sound if coaxial cables are used to carry signal to amplifier and also earthing the instrument properly and connectting to ground / earthing.
Thank you bro
I just discovered your page. What greatness. Awesome channel.
wtf .. ethan klein ??!
Any advice re feedback coming from the subwoofer (the subwoofer vibrates - woofer goes crazy) when the turntable is played. I have a cheap audio technica turntable - has no grounding wire (one of those 125 dollar turntables). It did not feedback at first, but as the day went on - played some records that night and the subwoofer just took off! Distancing did not seem to fix the issue. Kindly help with some other things to try.
i’ve got the exact same problem now, did you find a solution?
@@harryhodgson8091 sadly...no - was able to reduce it some. Too many different cable, separation, grounding fkin theories out here and none of them were worth a hill of poop.
My solution has worked 100% and actually improved sound quality over all... Simply place your record players feet on a foam pad , I used some memory foam...100% solved. At high volumes its very likely that your stylus/ needle is picking up vibrations...the foam absorbs it.
