Copy of Wregget Save
Apologies for the few seconds of CBC sports stuff around the actual save, but I had to re-upload to get rid of that annoying clicking. Great save and an even greater call by Bob Cole

Guy Lafleur's retirement (sort of). A great tribute to an awesome hockey player. I love the small segment that starts at 3:55 and the organist! Don't think there will ever be another Guy!

Best NHL announce team in history. Cole called the play Harry only spoke on whistles or if it was important (injured player on ice.)
"Don't turn me on when I'm working!"
RIP Bob.
Axton J Cranston Indeed I listened to him for years. From childhood until retirement in 2019. And of course You hit this cord one more time and yank my neck. I’m gonna get somebody to get a hold of YOU! R. I. P 😭😖
0:18 i love brunette 😍
I loved her back in the 80s when this commercial ran on television and I still love her look now.
@habib8961 who is she?
@@damin9913 Not sure. I tried looking her up but found no information.
@@habib8961 damn was hoping to know who she was
I still be jamming to this commercial
OMG - I’m so glad someone captured this classic for future generations to see 🤣🤣 “EDNA!!!”. John and Andrea were perfect.
Make America great again like these times!!!! I’m a legal Brazilian immigrant sense 1987 and I love this country and I want it back
I remember these lottario commercials and only remember the old man's laugh at the end of them!!😂
If you didn't know why Jacque Lemaire's number isn't retired, you do now.
Love the cuddle at the end so cute
Stan is a real catch for Edna!!!
This segment was insane. So much work. I would come home from my college job and watch these lunatics. Split a gut 1k times. The skits tapered off as DLs came grew. Thanks for this channel.
Hockey is just not the same without their voices
Its BETTER--especially since that dinosaur Cole finally left (he had to be forced out as he was bitter Rogers forced him to retire--my friend in St. John's NFLD told me Cole was interviewed on a local radio station and was still bitter he was forced to retire)
Pfft pfft pfft pfft pfft pfft pfft pfft. Jesus, the audio is such shit it's like RUclips took a shit after being constipated for a week.
That's right Edna! Stan got you knocked up!
The calliope music in the background.
Come oooonnnn down.
Enjoy sandwiches in three types of ham spreads and canteens of faucet fresh water!!
Then it's on too the Lucky Dollar Saloon where you'll be sharing a large room with just one other couple!!
The Silver Dollar’ motel room for the Boils’ Las Vegas Junket looks suspiciously like The Driftwood, likely the shooting venue to save production costs.
not a happy crispy boi there
Never saw this one before. Her noises when he touches her! The noises he makes! Best Edna ever!!
A lot of the sketches fall flat but the Edna and Edith Prickly always come thru 🤓😎✌🏻
I will replay this over and over lol.. Best commercial ever made..
Same here the commercial never gets old
Awsome
From 1983.
This is historical
Disgraceful moment for the franchise.
This is great tekevision
Tic toc dinner can make a killing now
Run of bD luck
3 times 🤣😅😂
Crazy spectacle that never should have happened. The Canadiens organization do most things right, but have occasionally loused things up badly like they did here by forcing a legend to retire prematurely just to please Jacques Lemaire who they ended up firing after his first season.
Meant GUY in Belleville ,Ontario when he coached the Montreal Alumni. They played the Leafs !!! He was a class guy and got his autograph and Meant the team. All but Knuckles Nilan who as I told Guy, Knuckles always had your back. His reply: YOUR RIGHT!! THANKS KNUCKLES NILAN 🇨🇦🇮🇪
I was there at this game. I absolutely loved Guy Lafleur and I considered myself so lucky to be at this game... I was 15 then. MAY HE REST IN PEACE.
He is like his mom in his reserve though.
His mother looks like she wants to strangle someone for forcing her son out.

Was Lafleur as great as Lemieux?
LaFleur was better than Lemieux. Was Lemieux great? Yes, of course, absolutely. But LaFleur was truly better. I saw them both.
No, but he was more exciting. He wasn't far off for those six seasons.
Dammm, u know what ? Thats a great question . I woulda said 'Lemieux no question but now that i think about it ?
Was Lafleur as great as Lemieux?
They were both treats for the fans but Lemieux was more of a prolific scorer, he was like Gilbert Perrault but on steroids. After he came back from chemo he scored something like 50 points in less than 20 games to win the scoring championship. Had Lemieux not missed so many games because of injury or retirement he would have beaten Gretzky's goal scoring record and points in a single season.
This shows how a teacher . ...can shape a mind.
How many more years , will we wait 4 another; such as Guy Lafleur.
They called him..le demon blonde...but I say he was a blonde angel . 4 les Canadiens.
May Guy Lafleur play 4 the All Mighty..in the heavens
Nor 4 me
The force is strong with the organ player.
That was the MTL Canadiens in the 80s . 'Here's a piece of Eskimo sculpture ".
I was there that night and have the hat.
