So weird to see a tim burton movie brightened up so you can actually see wtf is happening. So many details you just cant see cause like all his movies this scene was too dark.

The science behind this scene is actually very accurate you see the reason she's turning blue is because the pigment in her skin is changing and the juice is pure sugar that her body turns into subcutaneous fat. The fat that's under the skin that is jiggly it's there to protect your body. Her body is reacting to the juice by growing her belly at first then starts to spread it's through her body to protect her from any external harm. So this scene is not to far off what might happen. 🫐
That make a lot of sense. I love how first it's her belly that inflates then the rest of her body. I also love the detail of her pigments changing. I allways loved the idea that the juice stained her skin. I also heard a theory that she is still leaking juice from her pores
