Hey Sophie ❤ What a beautiful picturesque little castle 🏰 💚 Not your usual castle, almost looks like 2 country houses stuck together. There is almost something homely and welcoming about the place which makes it more of a shame that the place is a ruin that you cannot enter. Restoration on this gem would be a dream 😍

Not saying it's pulluted there, but all the rivers are dieing due to raw sewage being dumped into them by greedy water company's. Even lake Windermere.!

And here we go again, one historical source says 80 victims and another says 650 so which was it? I'm not talking about the pretty lady guiding us on this amazing journey she like everyone else only knows what other historians have put forth. Thank you so much Third eye traveller for taking me with you this day, I've always been fascinated by this character.

I think she was innocent the charges against here were based on testimony from people that would benefit from having her out of the way and NOBODY can kill 650 people (that's a whole small village worth) and not be discovered after the fist 10 or 20!
