Hi there , I recently installed this radio , I am using my factory backup camera, with a harness, to use with an after market head unit. Initially when I installed everything, I put the van in reverse and the camera popped up and worked perfectly. I tested it a few times and it worked flawless. Then stopped working . The only way to view the back up camera, I have to go to the parking line adjust menu , put the car in reverse and the camera comes up. Other than that , if I simply put the vehicle in reverse , the camera wont show up, only if I go into the parking line assist menu. It works when you put it in reverse, the camera will show up, it just only shows up in the park assist line adjust menu. Any Idea what this could be.

@@JrReviews671 heres the thing,I don't need the trigger wire. At least I shouldn't , the factory harness provides the input for the camera , So I assume when I put the car in reverse, the car triggers the backup cam and the head unit should detect the input voltage to the rear cam input. SO the trigger wire isn't needed , But if it is, I am not sure what to do with it. I don't want to ground it , for I don't know if it will cause a fuse to blow or damage the unit. PLZ couldn't help me with this, they simply said I should use teh camera it came with , which makes no sense.
