Hi, great vid. I have the same golf, love it. Just wanted to ask, when you added the bottle of flush does it not over top the system, possibly cause any over fill problems?, never done the flush before, do you need to check dip stick after adding or anything. Would like to know as about to do engine service and would like to flush etc. Any help greatly appreciated. 👍

Hi mate very odd question but do you remember when fitting the rad if there were lower rubber mounts as well as the two top ones? I have the same model but it is plastic on plastic at the moment. Not sure if there are meant to be rubber grommets on the two bottom locating pins as well?

Idk if anyone said but, on the headlight, I think aluminum foil would hold in heat and doesn't get hot enough to melt, like the racks or direct heat. If you check it periodically of course. Great vid.

I realise this video is now 8 months old but this bike is still available at Halfords, so if someone could please offer a bit of advice on what size to get? I'm 5"10 which falls right in the middle of suggested sizes of Medium and Large. Voodoo's are never in store near me to try so i'd have to order online. I would be using for very light trails at the weekend and also for to and from work in the week. I currently have a Carrera Fury in medium, not sure how similar they are reach etc

Did one on mine on Skoda Octavia with Mk7 Golf key! Took a while to get the old key blade off the old key so I don’t have to go to the key place to get the key cut! Lovely little modification I ever had!😊

Hi, Have the same bike. Change the grips to more comfy ones and make sure your fork is set up right. Correct pressure for you and check the rebound is not too fast

My radiator has a built in oil cooler section and that has failed probably causing a grey sludgy mess.

Good cars we have had 5 zafiras over 15 years all 3 year lease. Allways gone for the diesels nothing major gone wrong with them .... but thay do sell well to young family's after a cheap car

Well done mate, you picked a grate bike to start out and the right trails to learn on. Keep at it and enjoy it. Like the other comments said hand pain or any pain on a bike is bike fit. Experiment with bar roll and seat adjustment. Bike shops are friendly and will always help you with this. 👍

I had the same problem with water there and it was the plastic piece on the rear wash/wipe mechanism where the water pipe connected to. A new part was required. They crack presumably from changes in temp over time. You still get water spraying up onto the glass but each time you do it, water is also being squirted into the boot panel so it can be hard to diagnose. Squirting the rear wash wipe with the boot lid trim removed highlighted the fault to me.

Hands hurting could be something to do with the size or set up of your bike not being quite right. There are lots of vids here on RUclips about bike fit. Hopefully that will solve your problem 🤞. Good luck.
