Unfortunately I have not found either. At Kohls I saw every figure in the wave except for Baby Luigi. I picked up the new light blue Yoshi because it was on sale but wasn't able to get Baby Luigi.
@@mnl_toys If you have a Macy's in your area that has Toys R Us inside, try looking through it. My friends have found a baby Luigi in those stores.

I get most of my stuff from Goodwills. My thrift stores are really good it's crazy.
