I finally did! I did a weird setting on the camera by accident I had never done before and it took away the sound and slowed everything down lol

Not being a smart pants but is the blade necessary?
Yup. These are milia they are encapsulated solidish forms of sebum that can’t come out with out extracting the whole pearl. A tiny nick and they can be pushed out whole. If they are really close to the surface sometimes I can poke it and try to separate the pearl from the skin by taking it around the perimeter of the pearl, but that usually feels worse than just a little nick. But his are too far under and have been there a long time. We use chemical peels, ahas, and retinols to bring them closer to the surface so I can get them out!
