We are wood supplier: tone wood for luthiers, and slabs for wood working.
Sometimes we do wood projects, such as slab tables or luxury interior designs.
Woods we supply for musical instruments such as: guitar, violin, oud, lute, etc, are prepared according to our scientific approach: true cutting, density measuring, air drying.
We cut woods with bandsaw and chainsaw on radial manner, the most of them are with visible medullary rays, with out any grain run out.
They are air dry and seasoned to 5-8% humidity.
We supply exotic woods such as: Walnut wood, flame Maple wood, Box wood, Pistachio wood, Mulberry wood, Apricot wood, Azad wood, Jujube wood, Elm wood, Ash wood, Mesquite wood, Orange wood,
Another videos we will share are about:
sawmill, stihl chainsaw milling, wood finish, music playing and piano.

کم یاب ترین چوب توت برای سه تار سازی Rare tonewood from Victoria's era! 200years old!!
This is a rare tonewood ideal to be used either for back and side of flamenco guitars or top soundboard of Persian instruments such as Setar or even Arabic oud: fine grain mulberry wood !
Usually fine grain #tonewood s supposed by #luthier to be better, i.e. annual rings be close to each other, but such a tight annual rings lead to slower growth. In the other hand light density soundboards supposed to radiate more sound volume.

Fine grain mulberry wood is a rare and valuable tonewood, un-known in western world. It is similar to both spruce wood of top sound board (in #violin, #guitar and #oud) and maple wood of back plate, so both top plate and bowl ribs of Persian Setar are made with this wood. Thanks to Dear #luthier (#setar maker) Mr. Zanyar Nader for using our #tonewood and playing this music piece and for photos ...

Dear Master Balali, thanks for your kind view points, 🙏🙏🙏
Like an ingrown hair
bravo
Is there some way to make a tree have a burl on purpose?
I was read in an old book such an act is done in west north of Asia by burning or using chemical agents to make tree produce too much buds, and they prevent buds from growing,
Walnut not very common in the West, but it sounds great
according to what Sepastian Stenzel says: choosing true type of walnut needs care, ofcourse for rose wood and maple too, but walnut needs more tests to determine of good acoustics,
درودبرشما عزیزم بهتر بود به جای صدای تار از صدای سه تار استفاده میشد ❤❤

Wood work is ok finish could have been better. Apart from walnut what exotic wood is used.
unfortunately after installation, they continued building construction and this damaged finishs, all finished are either shellac or linseed oil, not modern synthetic ones.
Good ❤❤❤❤

Oh I just realized I have some questions: How and when do you dry your split logs? Do you saw the guitar sets when the wood is still wet? Or do you kiln dry the billets before you saw? Thank you very much.
if you want to know technical detail I have to say: we first sawn splitted billets to radial cutted planks, you can find more details at video: ruclips.net/video/xfXUOy7Zd_g/видео.html after plank of 2 inch or 5 cm thickness dryed, we slice it! so we don't dry thick billets!
thanks for your nice technical questions, we never kiln dry tonewood specially never for back and sides, Our city Hamedan is about 1900 meters above sea level and dry climate, so wood drying speed is about 5 times faster than in mild and wet cities such as Wisconsin,
I just split some black walnut logs today for guitar sets. Thanks for the video. Regards from Wisconsin, USA.
Hullo Mr. Cameron, thanks for your comment, we hope can share technical and scientific aspects of tonewoos supplying, specially guitar wood,
Persian(Iranian) walnut is one of the most dense and stiff types of walnut! it makes Iranian walnut very appropriate for classical guitars!
In my speaker, this guitar sound is warm, deep, little bright, clear and detil tone. I agree with described as a mixture of rosewood and maple.
thanks for your comment, 🙏🙏 you are player, thus your opinion is valuable for us too much,
👍👍👍👍🖖
thanks Dear luthier, we are trying apply scientific approach for production of tonewoods, choosing right woods, true lumbering, true air seasoning and true cutting,
I needed flat cross sections for drawing smooth cutting paths(explained in full video), then I risked with no notch and no back cut!
Hey friend, maybe next time throw a notch and backcut the tree. It just gives you a lot more control of the felling.
Hullo friend, thanks for your right advise🙂🙏🙏its useful length was 200cm, and 2 logs with length 100cm was necessary! so I could not loose any length with notch,
What do you think about sound of this guitar? your comments help us too much!
So relaxing 😌

poor knowledge of English; poor knowledge of trees, wood, and burls.
thanks for your comment, we always trying to develop our knowledge to the better level, again thanks
The grammar could use some work on the text to speech. It got a bit confusing at parts
thanks, for the next video I want to use better speech
I was interested, until I heard a computer voice. I'm sorry, lost my interest. I mean, if you have to use a computer to talk like Stephen Hawking, that's cool and all, but I doubt that's what this is. I'll go find an explanation with a real human voice.
I agree whole heartedly.
hullo and thanks for your comment, excuse me for this computer voice, to be honest at this situation it is hard for me to find a real human for dubbing on my videos, so I use subtitle plus computer voice, but if you know better way I will be thankful to use your guidence🙏🙏🙏
@@carolfuller2544 do you mean this computer voice makes the video non- attractive?
@@sinaTonewood if you have a voice, use it. Even if you don't speak English, I would watch with English subtitles. If you speak English haltingly or with a heavy accent, I will still watch if the content is good. I feel computers take the soul out of communication.
@@honkerman74 thanks so much for your kind and valuable comment, it made me aware to modify my manner and correct my way, since I am at beginning of the way your comments are very beneficial for me, again I am thankful
