Not sure about top 1 but it's definitely known as one of the harder custom levels out there.

The best scaling i've seen is everytime you do DB2 EX, pop the last attack of his FB which is done by pressing block in his FB. It will connect no matter what as long as you do the FB right after you land on the ground after doing DB2 EX.

I absolutely agree. My DB2 keeps whiffing after every combo I do sometimes. You have to do the smallest delay before you throw it out and it always connects, if you do it right after J24 it will almost always whiff. If you also J24 instantly after 4 BF3 you will also whiff DB2 then. If it's a feature the best way to get consistent is to not jump into J24 instantly and delay it slightly.

To be honest, I like this takeda and MKX takeda both. They both look dope, have dope moves but the ex air spear was cooler in mkx lol.

@@y0Sprintz he does get a pop up, you can see the combo I did for that at 0:31 in the video. You need to hold the input for 1 during the throw for the pop up to actually work, don’t know why NRS didn’t include that in his settings.

@@parmaunited I won’t even lie this guide also serves as a meter less guide. Everytime you see me enhance the first air DB2, instead of enhancing it just do the non meter burn one. So for the one you mentioned it’s the same sadly but you would replace B21 with F2 as it has better scaling.

Yeah the damage honestly isn't THAT much less comparing my new routes and the old routes before the nerf. For example where the TP combo did 419 before nerf with my new combo route it does 377 so it's not entirely horrible. I still do hate the nerf though since Takeda wasn't very good to begin with.

GREAT combos! Thanks for not dropping him like 99% of Takeda players! 😵😢 I just saw a MagicTea combo on the HypeFightGame channel against Infernal (Reiko player?). 2 teleport attacks in 1 combo still! Not sure how hard it is to do but gonna try it 😎

Yeah, the damage feels so much weaker it's not even funny. Even with my new optimal combos it's nothing but a former shell of the damage we used to be able to do.

@@ossificationedits They Nerfed his best damage string which was 24 in the air by 40 dmg. They buffed all his starting moves by a little bit of dmg here and there and his forward 2 is now cancellable into special attacks. So because of the air 24 nerf his damage went down by a lot.

I'm so pissed at them nerfing him. I'm counting down when they will nerf the new latest DLC

@@MEETHEGROUCH yeah me too. Like yeah I can understand he was a bit too strong but 40 dmg reduce? That is so excessive. Like if they wanted to balanced him just 20 minus would’ve been fine. Shit makes me mad.

@doomlegend. That's why I can't get too hyped about the new DLC. In the back of my mind, I'm literally waiting for when they will get nerfed. Tekken and Street Fighter don't nerf characters this drastically. And no one is complaining or worried over there. It's ridiculous. Smh

I've been on PC pretty much my whole life so I play keyboard. J - 1 K - 2 I - 3 O - 4 Space - Block and then standard WASD for movement

A few options actually! Sareena, not only will she help you hit confirm she adds a boatload of damage, so you can do something like F12~BK Sareena~F12~BK Sareena~B2~B2 and continue from there. Sonya, right after you do J21 you can do neutral sonya E for extra damage however I haven't tested it with the full combo myself. Other than that this isn't really a combo extension but you can use Kano FK (Hold) or Kung Lao BK (Hold) to make your overhead safe, so when you do your overhead and they react, you can release the hat or kano ball and punish their punish.
