The main house is reported to be 10' above water level (I'm assuming high tide), and the house is made of concrete block. The house will stand, the gardens might take a hit.

@kathifailor4660 🤷🏻♂️ I don't know, but if you can afford this, spending $50k to add a pool is like buying a candy bar. You won't even think twice about it. You're paying to have a private beach and a huge buffer zone of privacy, & close to a major city and worldwide hub airport.
Even Star Island is not this private!
Last sold was 2022 for 16 mil. And now less than 2yrs later ask for 25mil.

I think that 22,000,000 USD is very expensive for this unit. Where is the "wow" factor in this penthouse? The floorplan is very simplistic, the view to the east (beach) is blocked by the Portofino... I am sure it will stay a long time on the market
