Yes i sieved after blending( it’s a compulsory step) I blended using the commercial blender. For a better understanding of this step pls watch the second “TIGERNUT VIDEO” I also posted the link under this comment section for easy access.

I don’t put any preservatives in my drinks but I always make sure to tag 🏷️ in the production date and expiration date on the drinks… I just make sure my freezer in on and there’s 24/7 light…. That way it stays for days

And retains the same exact taste

Hmm 🤔 300 bottles ?!. 4 paints for 100 bottles so definitely 12 paints should do 300 bottles of this size I used…. And it might remain small for testing 🤓

But a derica of dates is sweet for a paint of the milky tigernuts… and 75% of a derica(that is not up to a derica) is sweet for the sweet tigernut… I also showed the two types of tigernut in the second video…

No you can’t if it’s not soaked… I don’t soak mine because it spoils quickly when you do so I grind outside… And even the soaked one sef, the blender has to be a strong one that can blend well and not spoil

If you have to transport it then please always put it in a bucket of ice or a cooler of ice…. Whenever I’m trying to transport mine to the place where it’s being sold i always ice it…. Cause tigernut cannot stand heat trust me….

No Congo isn’t upto a paint the last thing I bought one paint of Zobo from Lagos state I saw about 2 Congo and half from 1 paint of Zobo.

@Lamichops yes a paint of milky tigernuts is 1 derica of dates(5 milk tin cups) The sweet tigernut is half of 1 derica of dates( 2 and a half tin cups)

I don’t use preservatives… and I have never heard anyone use preservatives for tigernut drink…. Plus it doesn’t get to be tagged as natural on the label…. But with a good freezer..,it can stay up to a week(atleast I have experienced that myself) and it will taste exactly the same…

Lol use 35cl and 75cl You can sell 35cl from 600 naira upwards And 75cl from 1200 upwards But first of all you should have at the back of your mind that the first tigernuts you are buying will be for testing & perfection…then you can know how many bottles you will get from the tigernuts so start by using half paint… or a paint if you prefer…. Then do your calculations so you can be sure of your gains & capital returns

Although I sell my 35cl for more than 600 naira…. I sell for almost a thousand naira. I have built my customers and they are satisfied with my products…. But for you not to run at a loss you can start with 600 naira but still do your calculations well by multiplying 600 naira times the No of bottles gotten from the cost of production, then subtract the cost of production and the remainder is your gain… Then ask yourself if the gain is worth the stress and service….. I’m here if you need any more answers

Oh okay, that should work.. let’s give it a try but don’t wash it except you ready to grind it the same day… so wash it thoroughly then dry it so the water on the body can dry off then go blend it when it’s dry… the drying process should only take few hours so you should blend it d same day (because once in contact with water, it means you ready to blend & extract it ) so once you try it out let me know if you got a great result. Add your water carefully so you don’t add over

And a paint plastic is 3200 naira here in my country( Nigeria 🇳🇬)

No I don’t soak my tigernuts at all… the coconut was way too much for the measurements of tigernuts.. And when you soak, you have started the fermentation process by soaking it so no how it’s not going to spoil except consumed immediately…. I uploaded a second video of making tigernuts and gave reasons why it shouldn’t be soaked and also right measurements, I pinned the link to the second part in this comment section… pls check for the pinned link then you can really understand why it shouldn’t be soaked and if you still need any help or have questions, I’m here for you 😀

Wow… its cheaper but I’m sure it’s because it’s brought to Lagos from the north… so definitely it will be cheaper there in the north

No ma… you know there’s dry water leaves ? This isn’t the dry one …And it’s a choice to extract the water most especially in cases where you don’t want your soup watery at all….

I don’t fully get your question but i don’t soak my tigernuts at all…. I pick out the dirts and wash thoroughly then i add my other ingredients and go blend it outside with manual blending machine outside….

Wow 😯 it means you didn’t watch the video… I explained everything in the video.. yes it is very possible to blend tigernuts without soaking but it has to be blended with the blending machine outside… except you use a blending machine that’s very strong at home( maybe like those buchymix and the likes) I don’t soak my tigernuts at all.

@ibezimmartha7066 hi 👋… you can actually do anything but because I’ve tried a lot and made mistakes just in trying to get a perfect drink with a rich taste…. I will advise you don’t …. If you want to consume immediately for personal consumption you can use the fresh tigernuts but if it’s for business then use the dry tigernuts because it will last longer and still have the same taste…. The only thing you’ve to do if it’s for business you just alter some ingredients
