Most states have laws on fog lights and high beams use now. Must be set to low beams only by law and the fine is hefty.
For anyone else that wants to install the Fog Lights, Get a proper kit with the Headlight Control Dials and proper wiring harness, Cheap Kits have you randomly wire into the Fuse box etc. Proper Kits come with the harness and instructions to wiring it to the Headlight control knob. On LT+ Models, the switch already has the Fog Light Position. On LS and L Models the switch needs replaced w/ one that has the Fog Light Position, as well as new wiring for the switch to the fuse box. After installing, you'd have to take the vehicle to the Chevy Dealership for them to update the software. As the Software will have the circuit disabled if the car didnt have Fog Lights off the Lot.
Hey. Hou you called this plastic steps your mitsubishi standing on ? Thanks
The only one person that made a diy thank you I couldn't find anything! And not having fog lights sucks in winter time
You need a big boy hammer. 😂
Where did you buy the kit from??
I got a 2017 and hear a rattling noise coming from the front end. Any ideas?
What size were the nuts you used on this? I got same issue but none of the hardware I have will fit & can't remove bolts to find out what size & thread type the bolts are. Thanks for posting this video with this common Outlander Sport issue.
What a worthless video. You can see almost nothing of what you're doing and you explain nothing. Do everyone a favor and take down this useless video.
Hey my friend what brand of lamps are you using
Thank you my friend I got it from here
great butt shot. poor poor video
Dude you cant see anything you are doing and having the words over the screen makes what little you can see impossible
What aftermarket radio did you install?
You showed how to do absolutely nothing in this video. Why would anyone want to watch you replace a cv axle unless they are trying to get info on how to do it themselves. Maybe next time explain what your doing, and actually let people see you do it.
I have a 2017 and that's the noise I am hearing too...thank you
What is the reason for this video?
hey ferdie, my cruze already have fog lights. you know if to change the bulb (H11) is necessary remove front bumper? thanks
You don't have to take the entire bumper off, just go from underneath like he did and remove the fog lights retainer clips or the bulb itself.
Why don't you explain everything you are doing?
Is this the 2.0 engine?
You know fog lights are supposed to be on with your low beams and off with your high beams right? Like all factory cars come this way for a reason.
Was this to replace bank 1?
That song in video is gonna be burned in my brain all this week... Dam it boy....
Bro u should get u huffy n puffy checked or get on keto u sound fat asf
Good job. Thanks!
What's a owm risk? Oops!
Hi ferdie, I have the exact same car. Where did you buy your parts?
During Black Friday, I got great deals on 2 fronts and rear driver side belt mouldings @ Mitsubishipartsoutlet.com.
Hi ferdie, I have the exact same car. Where did you buy your parts?
I just did all 4 windows it's much easier than the video looks. Make sure you measure & install the correct sides as they arrive unlabeled. Examine how the inserts appear on the new ones and push with your fingers until inserts slip out of the hole. Clean then when re-installing do it crouching as you can see what's going on better. Once inside the center tracks, stand up again & push down till fully inserted. I was surprised by how easy it was but you can make it a whole lot harder by installing the incorrect side or trying to at least (you will bend it trying to take it out again).
Thank you for the info the parts are not cheap
The crush washer I keep finding is a crush washer that’s flat on one end and have grooves on the other end. What is the part number for the crush washer you have? I can’t seem to find yours. I’m using your video to help change the oil on a 2012 outlander sport.
I have an outlander sports 2015 and found out the washers are very common at autozone or o'reilly auto parts: #65310 M14 1/2" (1.27cm) Oversize Crush
@@luisfrigo thanks for your response..I end up ordering it from the dealership online. On top of that it was total out a few weeks later ..
Did washer come with filter?
Yes, where did you buy it?
Search Ebay under: Front Rear Belt Moulding Weatherstrip For Mitsubishi ASX 2009-2018

Oopsy

What's the torque down for this year?
where did you order that part
Where did you order the strip?
he doesn't explain what he is doing. How do you actually get the strip off. If he is talking I cant hear anything.
I agree that the procedure was not explained, but watching the video gave me the confidence to buy the parts and try to install them myself. Thank you Ferdie. I just changed the 2 fronts and 1 rear driver door on my bro's 2011 Outlander Sport. It was easy peezy. The front mouldings are held on by 1 small clip that pops into a sqare hole located roughly in the center of the pillar towards the rear side of the front doors. The front facing side of the front mouldings slide under the rear view mirror assembly about 3/4". The rears are held on by 1 clip on each side of the moulding strip. The middle parts of the belt mouldings sit on a metal lip on top of the door sill. I suggest to get those plastic pry tools he is using as to not damage the paint and gently pry where the clips are and don't worry if the old part breaks apart. It is just a matter of prying the clips and lifting/sliding the old part off of the metal lips. Once they are off, it will take just a few seconds to install the new parts.
@@jaydee9085 where did u buy the parts for a 2011 outlander sport? Thanks.
@@edgarmartinez8070 MitsubishiPartsOutlet.com. I bought during a Black Friday special they had last year.
Thank you for this video! Easy job. Got a set of 4 on eBay for 55 bucks!
