Sadly, I think Emily is gone for good, but for me it's not the real RoFM without Jess - although credit due to Viv but still not the same..... Sophie is brilliant tho. Each to their own, I guess!

@@colfnoble Well, she appeared as part of the "Classic Rock Show" in the US for the first part of the year, then back with RoFM on and off from late-ish April onwards. After this time I saw RoFM in GB three times May/June/July - Viv played one of those and Jess the other two, so I'm not sure what the arrangement is for the rest of the year. I leave messages on some of their YT vids but no response. Glad I saw them twice this year with Jess though.

Jess and Emily are both so good miss them being together singing . Things change .

Yep... seen them twice with her and while this is fine, it is not the same energy or talent that Jess brings. She actually makes you think she could record those songs now and they sound better. Blasphemous I know.

No good? Everyone has their preferences, but that's harsh. Saw this lineup live and they were brilliant.

My first time seeing them. Vivian did a fine job from my perspective. Of course, I can't compare with Jess Harwood, as some of you can. Overall, they did an excellent show.

It's sad, their breakup. Both Tom & Sergio have been trying to prove themselves since the split. Tom is an acknowledged superior front man, and I think Sergio tried to be anything but Tom in this show. I did include the LSF version with Tom I recorded in 2014 - it is definitely superior. I just feel "they suck" is a harsh judgment. I went with lowered expectations and was pleasantly - actually, more than pleasantly surprised.

Couldn't agree with you more. The two opening acts felt like a "punishment" HU fans had to endure to see them. Why is The HU, a Mongolian Folk Rock band, classified as a "Mongolian Heavy Metal" band beats the hell out of me.

@@ssuresh6694 I saw them in Santa Cruz last year and hated the opening band at that show too. At least the HU's performance didn't disappoint. It got the Meet & Greet package for that show since my daughter absolutely loves The HU. In addition to that, we were in the area of the venue when their tour bus arrived. We got to meet Temka, Odko and Davaa outside the club before they went inside. Later after the soundcheck, Temka gave my daughter the pick that he used to play the songs at the soundcheck.
