That's the truth.❤
Let the healing begin 🤍🙏🏼🕊️
They Are Cowards Their Job Is To Protect And Serve,Not To Be Cowards And Cry Like Babies!!!!!
Police train qx a year have you noticed 85% of the police force in all of America has an average fitness level of OBESITY! Seen 3 in shape and physically fit cops in the last 6 months
Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the truth 😳
Tyvm for the reminder
And it feels im too destroyed to get support unfortunately
Permanent stain on that department
The Uvalde police department will always be known as cowards.
Such wise words soothing all those hurts.
Support is key. Thanks very much 😅
I’m just completing a full year of seeing my regular therapist and a trauma informed therapist and I’m 70 years old. I want to heal from the childhood abuse so that I can be at peace. Mental health issues claimed 8 of my beloved cousins to overdoses and suicides, almost got me as well. Mental health recovery is my life and I sincerely work on it daily! There is HOPE! There is HEALING! Don’t give up!!! You’re worth it! 💔❤️🩹❤️ In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts changed EVERYTHING for me!
Who tf buys another human being??? Like wtf
What if your husband has a hard day at work and he comes home and he’s on his phone social media TikTok with inappropriate women may be porn sites and others. What should a wife do about that?
I think you can overcome even the most extreme psychological trauma. Saying this as someone with all but one ACEs (worse than 99% of people). The thing that's much harder to overcome (perhaps impossible in some cases?) is the lack of support. I can work on myself, I can have hope. I just don't know how to fix the fact that I have exactly zero people in my life (no family, no friends) and I'm disabled, so I can't even fully take care of myself, work or develop relationships with others. So, the internet is my people.
We are already experiencing idiocracy. Like really? You truly are incapeable of resisting drinking alcohol and then not using a condom? Or are you capable of being that responsible? Be honest with yourself.... exactly... you would have just needed to be raised by someone who wasnt raised by apes that get ofended of you call them apes. I think humans are a sad broken sister species of what humans used to be. Like you are offended: did you not know that you would get pregnant if you did what you did to get pregnant on accident? Be honest with yourself? So you are capeable of doing the right thing(what you decide), you know what the right thing is and....?
Yeah he articulated that perfectly
Wrong bunch of 🐈🐈🐈
Unprepared parents that wil have kids that wil be Unprepared Parents that wil have kids that wil be Unprepared Parents. Go on and go on and go on endless 😪
I agree
After listening to Episode 146 of the Win the Day podcast on happiness, I felt like so much of it resonated with me-especially as a parent. But as a wife and a woman, I realized my experience and perspective on topics like anxiety, being an underdog, entrepreneurship, parenting, and balancing passions might be a little different. I'm sharing this because I believe it’s important to acknowledge these differences. I’m curious if Michael has a relationship with God, not as a judgment, but as a means to find balance, purpose, and values in the situations he discussed. For me, my relationship with God is the key. When my values align with His, I become the best version of myself-whether I’m being a wife, a parent, a friend, or an entrepreneur, even when things don’t go as planned. The app is a helpful tool, but it’s not enough to shape the core values of a family-that’s something each family has to do for themselves. In our family, we create a vision board every year where we reflect on our values, choose a scripture to guide us, and then set personal goals. It’s a great way to stay accountable to each other. I think it would be amazing if the app had a feature where families could reflect on their values and goals together, ensuring that their time and actions align with their priorities. Sometimes, we don’t realize that our schedules don’t mirror the life we dream of because we haven’t intentionally connected our values to how we spend our time. Lastly, I believe Mr. Perry has a greater purpose that goes beyond just an app. His testimony is powerful, and I feel it could serve as a tool for spiritual growth, not just technology. While I understand that not everyone may be interested in God, I’ve found that anxiety, imposter syndrome, parenting, and taking risks are all much more manageable when I align my life with Him.
Me an insomnia watching this at 4:30 in the morning because I came home from work and slept too early
Thank you!

I have bipolar and I’m autistic and likely have ADHD so yeah 😭😭
What about the Endocannabinoid System?👀
They are amazing
How do you recruit healthy reciprocal support?
Haha i just was talking about this. I will listen to the rest of this short but I have to say I have RA and was diagnosed when I was but 11 years old. All the burying, denying and workaholic, alcoholism and anger has taken me a lifetime to work through. Dont spend your life trying to work it out alone, get qualified help asap. You are worth an infinite amount. Remember that. Your life means something but for all of us.
Lack of support was definitely in my case but I chose to heal anyway! Blessings to all ❤ 🙏
God bless this man .. he speaks the truth
I am healing and will embrace it with love the right love
Yes Now what to do about it?
Idk when this story took place but for at least the last 12 years (probably longer) to even get a navy spec war contract (seal, swcc, eod, navy diver, or aviation rescue swimmer) u have to pass a pst (physical strength test) with high enough scores in swimming, running, pushups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. It’s been a while but I wanna say it was like a 300 yard swim that had to be completed in a certain amount of time, then besides that everyone who goes into the navy has to pass a basic swim test in boot camp like the first couple weeks and if they can’t then they get put in a remedial swim class during boot camp in which the goal is getting them to pass, also candidates that have spec war contracts go thru a special more difficult boot camp in which they swim everyday, also after boot camp they go thru a program called buds prep which includes more swimming, this is partly to get them ready for the 2 mile timed ocean swims they will have to do while in buds, I don’t remember exactly when the 50 meter underwater swim was but it was definitely after drown proofing (swimming and floating with your hands and feet tied, tying knots, I think it was 5-6, underwater) and some of the 2 mile ocean swims, point being this story sounds very unbelievable and fake to me unless it’s coming out of like the 80s which I admit I have no idea how stuff was done back then. Also the sentiment of the story is also very wrong, again for at least the past 12 years there have been way more candidates than spots that need filled and instructors have to find reasons to cut people, the spec war rates have unfortunately been turned into recruiting tools especially with movies like act of valor and lone survivor, leading to many promising candidates getting disillusioned with the “regular” navy which unfortunately has become a woke joke, many develop mental health issues like anxiety and depression, cope and self medicate with alcohol or other drugs, and almost all get out after 4 years if they manage to stay in that long, it’s a real shame
God I pray that these people are okay and safe and that the half sister is okay and in heaven right now, I pray that these people can get justice and that the people can learn about the lord. God bless! 💪✝💗💗
Thank you Dr Mate
lol nah. I’d rather have the guy who had half a brain to look into what he was getting himself into and prepare just a little bit more.
🙄 I call 🐂💩. Couldn’t swim and able to hold his breath, without becoming buoyant, for the 12-15 minutes it would take to walk those 50m? 👍🏼😉 Right… But hey, good story.
12-15 min more like 1minute
If you search RUclips there are a couple of seals who tell the story of not knowing how to swim when they got to buds.
Lack of support 😢
Why does it sound so me.. I want to be healed and liberated from my childhood traumas at least before I pass away in this life. Thank you so much Dr Maté You help me finally understand all the puzzles of my life with full of miseries; sadness loneliness attachments anxiety depression and more..
Healing is possible. I'm on the side of post-traumatic growth. Finding a trauma informed therapist who shares your values is a great start. Remember that you're more than enough and deserve to be free of pain.
I would like to. But, my husband passed away 17 years ago. My son turned 17, the year Dad died
So.. in other words connectedness with people who genuinely love you. ❤ Love Heals all wounds ❤
I slso dont like turkey. We are having beef and chicken. Good for you, April. Hope you meet someone ✌️
🙏
This is wonderful! I can't thank you enough ❤🙏🙏🙏💐
I often find my self saying to not compare …however I have a really good feeling that most other ppl would be in an institution somewhere if they had to deal with the panic attacks and extreme anxiety I have going on….im such a happy optimistic person …until I get panic attack and then ALL THAT SHIT GOES RIGHT OUT THE WINDOW…REAL QUICK TOO…I’ve literally got to do whatever it takes to just get through it…absolutely awful and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. I belive that from being traumatized as a child I’ve put my self in a constant state of fight or flight and I’m always so flipping hyper aware of everything all the time I can never relax and feel the need to try to keep my self safe all the time from things that I don’t need to be kept safe from…ANYTHING that constitutes a loss of control equal panic for me…and I’m WAAAYYY better 20 years later but still to this day anything can set me off…smells sounds lights …anything…
What about people who deny support and proceed to hurt themselves and everyone around them due to trauma and behaviour caused by trauma response? My mother in law is almost 70 and I have given up on her ever confront what's inside her any longer..to heal you first need to confront things and admit things to yourself. There is a self-righteousness in suffering and in not admitting that you have been through trauma and you need to look inside. Without this I cannot imagine any healing at all.
How many of us lack the support or awareness 😢
honestly even being aware that you don't have that support is helpful, because you can stop being so hard on yourself. you can feel more confident because you've been supporting yourself all this way. you're doing the hardest thing you can do as a human when you do the work on yourself. the right connections and support will come, don't worry about that. sometimes you experience periods of isolation in life because there are important things for you to face and overcome. ❤
@anih8199 thank you, this means a lot to me especially this year, and very encouraging ❤️ ❤️
you are doing amazing and you are always exactly where you need to be. take time often to reflect and celebrate how far you've come, especially the smallest things. that helps me a ton when i feel like i'm overwhelmed or behind in life. much love❤️❤️❤️
