Curious as to how you will provide continuity of the insulation at the tie beams. That could have been insulated before the partition walls were built. Also draft wall, instead of fixing studs to side of rafter, install a plate first and then the studs to the plate. That way the screws fixing to the rafter are not under the same sheer stress. Nice work generally though.

Personally I would have slotted the new rafters into and resting on the steel rather than using hangers that will rely on the fixings on the timber, wood rots,(dry or wet) ,what will hold the new floor then?
