You are so central for shopping and exploring and there are so many GREAT restaurants to choose from within walking distance. I will absolutely be taking Aaron in the new year… we love places we can just walk and explore and it was definitely that. Patricia Coffee Brewer for coffee and cake is a must!! Have fun! ✨✨

Hi Hayley, I hope you've had a great week. Ohhh interesting question. My understanding is that there is no evidence to suggest that modern day tattoos are harmful in any way. I actually found some research that showed that people with tattoos have increased immunity (go us! HA!) Yes, the ink would enter the blood, certainly this would be the process when they are removed via laser and your liver would filter the ink to urine etc but so long as you are avoiding infection when you get them etc I can't see any problem. I think falling pregnant with Izzy prompted me to really research and understand what I was eating because she was eating it too in utero and from there I've just been aware of what is building her body and brain and that has transferred into our diets. In the past I've always thought I ate healthy, watching calories and fat, but now I realise that the focus should be on whole foods and cooking and nurturing rather than restriction and counting. As someone that watches all my content I'd love to know if there was anything you wanted to see in the next video 🫶🏼 Have a great week ☺️

Hey, Yeah of course a little more information on what I do and what I’m working towards. So I launched a boutique social media management business. I free lance (advice, planning, guidance) and also have clients on a retainer. Everything from Brand development (logo, product labels, photography etc) to complete social media management (scheduling, content creation, strategy.) Along side that I also create user generated content for brands and this could be for free product or payment (usually a combination of both.) I honestly love creating content!! I love connecting. I love helping people/ businesses achieve success. Long term I’d love to get to the point where my business involves coaching (that was a huge part of my career in London.) Hi Erica, Being a mum is the hardest role I've ever undertaken for sure but then at the end of the day when you're cuddling them to sleep it is equally rewarding. Roles I had while living in London revolved around training, marketing and socials so when I came back to Australia I committed to taking mine seriously. This evolved into launching Sand and Sea Socials and assisting other business to do the same. Most people struggle with consistency more then anything else and although I thought I would work in the hospitality sector I'm finding that I most enjoy working with small businesses and start ups- where they need help but also a cheer leader! Is your previous role something you could capitalise on? Have you thought about returning to a workplace even if it's just school hours a day or two a week? Good luck! 🫶🏼

Honestly... how? 🙌🏼 I have my own Social Media Management Business (Brand development, strategy, scheduling, content creation etc.) I work with 4 clients on a regular basis at the moment and then free lance when I can. It is a lot... and it means my house is messy, washing isn't done and iPad time is often but I need to have something of my own for my well being if that makes sense? I also paid collaborate where I can or I try to promote brands where the kick back benefits our budget. Hope this helps- any other questions I'm happy to help. xx
