It should be, but he'll dig the carton out of the trash and lick it clean, regardless. When we first let him out of quarantine, I found a load of trash in his cage (he came home with the bag and tore through it in the cage), which included candy wrappers, chips, etc. Yesterday, he tried to steal my Japanese cheesecake, and the day before that, I saw him eating a cashew, and I swear I've seen him eating a piece of tomato at some point. He has an iron stomach and a nose for anything he can eat.

Thanks, there actually isn't a video about it as you're the first person to comment on it, so I'm going to make a note to do it! (Btw, it's just a simple portmanteau of "scene" and "optica", but one which rolls off the tongue quite well.)

@@scenoptica for sure! I will say though the one spot it faltered was when the frogs began croaking. Because of their volume increasing, and the volume of the dialogue remaining even, it got a little bit difficult to hear at that point. I’m unsure if there is any kind of audio filtering you could have done, or if speaking up slightly would have worked well, but if improvement there is possible, it’s really the only part of the video I noticed lacking anything, so it may be worth looking into!

@@saltyowl3229 I agree! Of all the comments we've gotten (here and elsewhere), the croaking is the biggest complaint. The quality of the audio was an issue throughout (I recorded it too high by default), so I had to use a declipping tool (Perfect Declipper, which has almost magical abilities) to clean it up, but the toads just blew everything up. I might have considered using my camera audio instead for that portion, but even that wouldn't have been great. The croaking was so loud! The best option is literally just to wait until they stop, unfortunately. Lesson learned...

Just a function of the colourfulness of Indonesia. :D
