The purpose of creation of this channel by Jaipur Division Power wing is to share the errors done by Loco Pilots which may or may not resulted in consequential accidents so other Pilots can learn from mistakes done by others. The 'What Went Wrong" series may help to share such information among others Divisions as well. Any LP/ALP is invited to share his experiences which seems to be required to learn by others as well.
