I have lost keys from 9, o, l , . That means All the keys to the right from these keys doesn't work. I did clean the keyboard, used windows polish ( Yes I know Damn damn that cat :x) So question is. can I get all the way down under, to maybe be able to clean the switch underneed the key parts, so it can do it's thing Thanks for informative info ;)

I brought this machine but every time i try to do embroidery it makes a big hole in my clothes and all the threads goes inside the machine..

Just bought this thing on clearance. I also do stickers and want to try embroidery. I have hand sewn and repaired clothes, but this will be my first time touching a machine. This was very informative and entertaining. Thanks.

I just bought the machine and it won’t stop the loading screen once you turn it on. I press every single button and it still just loads in the loading screen. Not sure what I’m doing wrong?

We would love more videos on even more about this machine. I just purchased this and I'm new to sewing. I'm still trying to figure out what the bobbin is for and how it's being used cause it don't look like it's connected to anything. Thanks

The bag is a dust cover for when the machine is not in use (not a carry bag)

the keys remain indented, for whatever reason. they don't come back anymore.
