In korea server According to "Loawa" statistics, Hunger is higher then Lunar ( loawa.com/stat/seal <- you can check here ) i also playing Hunger reaper. If you use high level gems, i recommend hunger reaper , but if you use low level gems go Lunar

Epic item has different options. i guess , you have different epic or not max option.

if you need use more skills , you can use command . Lock or Unlock command -> right click your skill also you can change skill command.

if same gear, check first your shadow resistance second bp change option. ( use calculator )

if use the command mp-2%, cooldown-1% but its nothing different use skill on the hotbar. When you need more skill slots, you can register command and use it.
