I love the Love Boat theme horn! We always visit the muster the moment we board because you can actually check in at your station before you watch the video.

Thomas was the cruise director, not the captain. He was the same on our cruise. We did a music trivia once but usually we were too busy doing other things. We are going to have a TON of Sky Princess videos, including vlogs from our cruise ☺️

About a week before you sail it will be on the main screen. I've heard that it might not show at all depending on which port you're sailing from but mine has always shown.

If you have the plus package it includes two casual meals and the premier is unlimited. Otherwise it's still reasonably priced to try out.

Yes, if they are the second guest in the cabin they must get it. If they are the third or fourth guest it's optional. They have a non-alcoholic drink package that they get.

I do if they don't have sinks but I prefer the sinks because I feel it gets my hands cleaner.

I am only now just watching it and if you're talking about when we go through the buffet I did use the sanitizer lol. I usually use the hand wash because I prefer that but we were just walking through for a tour.

Which ship are you sailing on? On sea days is a bit cooler in the wind but overall was very warm in the sun.

Texas will be warm (depending on what you consider warm lol, I'm from Canada). Looking at your itinerary, the first two days are sea days so it will be warm enough but the wind might make it cooler, especially in the shade. Jamaica was 26 C (78 F) for us but might be warmer for you.

Why diff port in Jamaica? I have trip coming. 😉

We've cruised to 10 countries on 3 continents since her first cruise in July 2024. We will be going to 8 new countries in July!

Thankfully not! She didn't even cry. She did hurt her knee earlier that day but no extra damage from the stroller flip. Totally my fault for only holding on with one hand where the sidewalks are uneven. Usually it's caused by her being wild and tipping it lol

So happy to have you along with us! We didn't do much exploring during this Caribbean cruise but this summer's Mediterranean will be a grand adventure!

It was the perfect temperature! I just got a snowfall warning for the UK lol. We are using an esim that's UK based. Temperatures at home have been around -15 C so I'm going to enjoy the warmth while it lasts.

They are so much nicer than the wall ones! I think the balcony on Discovery *might* have a ceiling bunk.

I totally understand the frustration. You can do the process on a computer, you don't need a phone. If you used a travel agent, I recommend contacting them and they can do it for you. It's a service I do for my clients all the time. You can also do what you can figure out and leave the rest to do at the port. You can then just go in the Blue Lane and they will figure it all out for you in person. When are you cruising? I plan on doing a walkthrough of the app check in soon but I'm not sure when.

We are currently cruising the Caribbean! We did the Eastern Caribbean over Christmas and right now I'm sitting on a beach doing a Western Caribbean cruise for New Year's.
