Jesus said, blessed are those who forsake parents , brother and sister for my sake. Remember they hated me first!! Stay strong in Christ Jesus and His teachings in the scriptures. Many churches have distorted the scriptures.!!

God is within you. You dont have to go here and there to find him, you don't need repetitious prayer and rituals. He said to go into your closet and talk to him. Not like the hypocrites in the synagogues , churches that think they will be saved for their repetitious prayer and much speaking. Read your scriptures, pray through Christ jesus and the Holy Spirit to open your eyes and understand the words.!!! Man has many false interpretations!! God will open your eyes to truth when you are worthy!!

Jesus is the Son.of God, God sent his Son to show us the way back to God. Jesus said I am in the Father and the Father is in me!! It's a very personal spiritual journey.!!❤

It's true many so called Christians are not!! Not all that call my name do I know!! Jesus said they are far from me!! It's a narrow pathway to Christ Jesus and a wide path to destruction and many walk that way!!!!

Also, those of us who serve God should not feel hopeless about the prospect of calling upon all men and women everywhere to repent! By that I mean repent from doing what's right in our own eyes, instead of living by what God tells us is right in His eyes -- which we can never discover on our own unless He reveals His will to us through the scriptures, as led by the Holy Spirit.

Thanks, Pastor Caleb, for helping me understand that when Jesus healed so many, in large part He was showing that even the hopeless can -- and should-- have hope in His salvation. Hopefully those who are healed will be thankful, and become His disciples, and be willing to deny themselves and pick up their crosses daily, for now God calls on all men and women everywhere to repent from serving themselves (or others) instead of serving God.

I have a great imaginary mind that could make millions and even write a part 2 "My 2nd near death vision" Let's be real - Truth is over powering facts as much as possible. How truthful are these people? Did they take a professional lie detective test? Were they really dead or just sleeping? Etc... Sample: One guy (You know who he is) wrote a NDE book about a Dream he had! LOL.. He went to Hell and explained how hot it was, yet him and his wife were so called " devoted christians" smh.. He made millions, and still making $$$$ telling his B.S story to the gullible and weak minded.. All and all, I believe in near death expiences, but they have to be confirmed and checked to the highest degree of truth..What's so scary - Jesus is watching and you will be judged..

The best ex Muslim I have known. Intelligent, courageous and above all a man of great faith. An inspiration to Christians struggling with their faith ( I am included).

Great sermon for Father's Day, including how the parable of the prodigal son fits! It's great to be reminded about the importance of honoring our fathers, but also a reminder of why fatherhood is an honorable calling -- and hopefully our young men will want to accepting the challenge, with the help that's available not only from scriptures and from God Himself, but also from the other men who are sharing this ongoing journey. 🙂

I love brother Al Fadi. I worked some years in Jeddah. I know many Muslims who try to do their best morally. They raise their families in an upright way. They give alms to poor people and try to help them. They are sincere and honest people, trying to do their best. They have not read the Holy Bible from cover-to-cover. They have not had a chance to attend Bible classes. We Christians must empathize with their plight and be kind to them, try to help them. It is a miracle Al Fadi came to accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and only Savior. It is a big deal for him to leave the Muslim faith and become a Christian. If he ever went back to Saudi Arabia, his life is in danger and he will face persecution. Pray for Al Fadi and his family. His ministry is moving the hearts of many people.

Thank you, Pastor Franklin, for your sermon today on 1 Samuel 15, where in verse 11 God told Samuel (NIV), "I regret that I have made Saul king ..." -- so God took action against Saul. This example of action by God toward disobedience is reinforced in my mind by Genesis 6:6 (also NIV): "The LORD regretted that he had made human beings on the earth ..." -- which also resulted in God's action against manking, i.e., the Great Flood. "The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom."

Having been to the Saudi Kingdom many times across my USAF career, it was great to see this interview and how Jesus got a hold of Al Fadi and changed his life! I can fully relate to his initial ideas of Americans as "all being "christians"", since the Saudi government insisted that our USAF crews all put down on our immigration paperwork that 100% were "christians"! As we all know that is NOT the case, and we had some hardcore individuals who attempted to push back and state that they were "Atheists", "Mormons", etc.; but the State Dept. representative would tell them to basically "shut up and color", and turn in the form. :)

I'm 12 minutes in and this is already so powerful. Jesus gives us His righteousness and takes away our shame and guilt. I thank you Joshua for being so brave and honest, what a testimony! God bless you and yours, hallelujah 🙏

Great teaching! I especially like Pastor Caleb's explanation of Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" -- since within its context, it's more about dealing with whatever comes our way (whether the pleasant which can be enjoyed, or the unpleasant which must be endured) than it is about being able to do extraordinary physical deeds like a "Superman" or "Superwoman" -- even though Samson might take exception. 🙂 I agree that Caleb's teaching is the correct perspective in light of 1 Cor 13:4-7, "Love suffers long and is kind, ... bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things." In short, if we have Christ, we can be strengthened to endure all things when called upon to do so.

If you are religious, and believe in a soul, then the anti-choice arguments don't add-up anyway. If there is such a thing as a soul, then you are merely preventing it from having a temporary earth visit (TEV). If there is a god who wants such a thing, then that god can create multiple worlds for all souls to visit. She could even create Matrix-like worlds to simulate TEVs. However, if you don't believe such things, then abortion is the same as abstinence, in the sense that some possible people are not going to get a TEV. And, if you understand the basics of reproduction, you know that not every possible person can get a TEV, because producing one, prevents millions of others.

The state of the debate? Still no evidence for any imaginary friends that christians or any other theist claim exist. Still no evidence that any self-professed christian can do what jesus promises to his true followers per the bible. Plenty of evidence that their god doesn't cause illness or injury becuase of its "wrath", never commited any genocide, and simply doesn't exist. Atheists and all theists are humans. We also all make up our own morals, nothing coming from some imaginary bit of nonsense. Christian morality, and all theist morality, is demosntrably subjective, with each inventing a list of morals they claim their god wants, and yet the poor dears can't show that their god merely exists, much less agrees with them. They also have the problem that they must insist that their god doesn't have to follow these supposedly "objective" morals since they have to invent excuses why it is okay for this god to commit genocide, to kill people for the actions of others, etc. This makes their morality subjective to who someone is. it also shows their morality is little moreo than might equals right Atheism has become common, since no theist can show their claims to be true and it will simply increase.

I especially enjoyed seeing/hearing about 1 Thes 4:3-7, which connects sanctification with holiness: "For this is the will of God, your SANCTIFICATION: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in passion of lust, like the Gentiles who do not know God; that no one should take advantage of and defraud his brother in this matter, because the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also forewarned you and testified. For God did not call us to uncleanness, but in HOLINESS." [NKJ, emphasis added.] Reminds me of 1 Peter 1:13-16, "Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; as OBEDIENT children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance; but as He who called you is holy, you also BE HOLY IN ALL YOUR CONDUCT, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.” [NKJ, emphasis added.]

Yes, the restoration of all things (not just animals and buildings) is Biblical! Tradition has prevailed over true meaning, people denying what the Greek says, and complete disregard to anything that is unfamiliar, etc. It seems to me that the majority of fundamentalist Christians completely oppose having dialogue with most others outside their religious framework, whereas progressive Christians, and others who also follow Christ that don't deem themselves Christians are more than willing to engage with those who oppose their viewpoints. The biggest problem is the lack of interactions between them all. I can only predict that this will continue for some time, sadly.
