99 To 5
Просмотров 283 года назад
Kind of the same chord repeated except going through each EDO from 99 to 5, dividing into 5 in the optimally equally spaced way given by the euclidean algorithm. So it's like the tuning keeps moving but the chord is trying to stay in the same place.

This is lovely
second!
I bet you like ambient music, right? I love dark ambient too. This version melts your brain and send you to a trance state. ❤︎❤︎
nice job
omg omg omg thank you
love it
Yeees! And do you like this :ruclips.net/video/5E7IHocJE4Q/видео.html
If you play Steve Roach 8x faster it sounds just like the Cocteau Twins
this is great for calming my brain while trying to study ! thanks :)
LIKE!
A spiritual experience.
THANK YOU !! It's the kind of trance I needed tonight.
Brilliant!
WOW. Just WOW.
it works holey F
such a great idea! a unique experience! 😃
I'm forever thankful..
❤️😘
I was wondering why you made it 8× slower, now it's like a nice warm hug for my brain 💕
yes
Could you please tell me what software you used?
yeah, supercollider, if you check the 99 to 5 version i also put up on here it shows the whole thing since it's really short code
@Wilf Amis Thank you!
Increíble
woah the 21/22 part was surprising
If I may ask, what's the sonority? Almost sounds like stacked fourths once it hits 12EDO.
you sure can :) it's all tending towards the chord that is every 5-edo pitch at once but, say it's in C (it's not), voiced C2, G2(+20), F3(-20), D4(+40), Bb(-40)
Extremely interesting. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you 💖
Good experience
First person to comment, ye boy!
that feeling when your childhood memories are slowly disintegrating! good stuff!
Thanks
