I'm a Vegas lover, but I will have to tell you that I've watched Caesars properties go downhill every year in the last 15 years! It's so sad that they will not replace carpets and wallpaper, drapes & furniture every year. Rio actually looks 10X's better now with the new owners compared to this. Sis, try out Venetian/Palazzo.
