No. The attorney assigned to my case seems to be working for the department. I have not had any opportunities to defend myself nor show proof that the investigator lied in court.

Great interview! What a wonderful family. These kids require greater resources, and it is surprising that the deaf population of these kids is not given more attention. What are their views of cochlear implants? Is there access to these medical technologies for these kids? Thank you for this interesting video.

My lawyer filed for an ex parte order in Winnebago county iowa, and the judge Granted it, Un benounced to me, it was first and only one granted in the county, as the mother of my kids had custody at the time, she decided to travel to the east coast to marry some clown she met online, i took custody of my two children away from her and also took pictures of her house which was an absolute disgusting biohazard, and yet i was the one who had to comply with a program called " Children in the middle" which is predominantly for victims of battering and abuse, and they all automatically assumed i was an abuser and gave me dirty looks until it was my turn to talk, which afterwards several of them sheepishly apologized to me for assuming those things about me, the director of the program told me that my situation was one in a thousand, something thats rarely the case, meanwhile the mother got off scott free which is complete B's

Harming children is a $50,000,000,000 a year industry. The state gets incentives for filtering child support through the court and ruling against shared or altered custody arrangements no matter what is "best for the child." They do not prosecute for perjury. Their primary incentive is the money and you have no due process or constitutional rights in Family Court. A Guardian ad litem may be assigned to your case to give the illusion of a true trial, but if he or she is an attorney that individual has a significant conflict of interest and little to NO TRAINING ON CHILD DEVELOPMENT. He or she will charge up to $500/hr to do nothing. He will drag your case out for as long as possible despite laws forbidding such actions. This "Color of Law '' is illegal, but when you try to have them removed or elicit the help of your state's Disciplinary Counsel, you'll find that they have NO OVERSIGHT because they were court appointed. And despite no oversight or training, he or she has immunity. When you try to appeal, you'll discover the same thing. BAR associations, which are private entities, have filled the courts and legislation with attorneys who have pledged allegiance to the BAR as their trade labor union. FOLLOW THE MONEY. IT'S COMING FROM YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY TO MAKE THE JUDGES AND ATTORNEYS RICH AND OUR CHILDREN PAY THE PRICE. But there is a specific appointed time during the entire process that allows the "victim" to expose the corruption that has been done in darkness and bring it into the light for all to see. Only a few know about this powerful resource available. And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil.

We do need to carefully consider the children's relationship with their families. As a CASA, I've worked with a subset of families that needs special attention - parents, grandparents and kin who are undocumented - especially those who are parenting children who ARE American citizens. I believe that we should advocate and lobby that this group receive highest priority for gaining a path to legal residency and ultimately, citizenship. Some of these folks have been here for decades, taken responsibility for children when no one else would do so! What if these parents, grandparents or adopting kin suddenly get deported? Consider what will happen to those children. Who would take care of them? We need to help those otherwise qualified by providing them not only services, but support to get their papers in order.

This CASA program would be extremely beneficial to both Children and their Families (IF) and I emphasize (IF) it were actually being used for (ALL) children who qualify,] and (IF) it is being used at All. The Collaborative Family Engagement or (CFE) program was meant to be used for EVERY Child (and their Families) who are involved with the Department of Family Protective Services however that has NOT been the case in AMARILLO, Texas and I am not even sure if it has ever been that way. It appears that Funding is being provided to CASA and other organizations like them. But I would like to know is the money truly being used for WHO it was actually meant for.......... the Children and the Families themselves ?

The most obvious impact of the bill is that it lessens the protections for children to ease the responsibility of the state to care for them. Their actions to date do not earn them the benefit of the doubt.

Does this new law protect old cases in cps where kids have been removed before September 2021 or does this law protect pre existing cases as well as future cases. Just asking cause iam in a cps battle had 2 babies for 17 months due to drug use pot, meth, cocaine, but babies were removed last Monday sent back to bio father, court argued that he only failed for pot these past 10 months that the new law protected him even if cps started case on him in May of 2020.
