2:36 - I love GL always throwing jabs at Hollywood whenever possible.
I saw Spider-Man (2002) to Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the clones on crossover
Man I MISS the 2000's.
Me to
Happy belated 20th birthday to Attack of the Clones
It wasn't nice he was never been told but David is as much Darth Vader as James. They both together made this iconic character what he is.
In time i have accepted the prequels a little more. But, there's no case with "Attack of the Clones", i think it's the worse of that prequel trilogy.
Unpopular opinion: Attack of the Clones is my favorite prequel of the 3.
@@greendaylover4771 All right, many people feels the same. I liked better Phantom Menace and Revenge of the Sith.
I loved watching the star wars trilogy throughout the years. Since that interview with David Prose. He died a few years later. RIP David Prouse. Sorry for the spelling!
He trained Christopher Reeve for Superman's muscular look. He also was the only one able to lift the Emperor in ROTJ for the scene due to his weightlifting regimen. RIP Mr. Prowse
Remember kids you must always use the "Green Cross Code" !
F
1:30 "Special effects was great." Funny. I wonder why people didn't bash on the prequels for their "bad CGI" back in the day. Maybe it's because *the special effects in the prequels were nothing short of REVOLUTIONARY for the time!* It's really annoying how some "fans" nowadays conveniently forget we're talking about movies from fricking *1999, 2002* and *2005.*
The problem is the vfx doesn't hold up anymore. While the original trilogy vfx holds up. Which is also why people hate the special edition of the OT where Lucas edits bad cg creatures into the movies making them look way more dated
@@haveidonethisbefore I'm sorry. The special effects in the original trilogy *DON'T* hold up. We just look at them through some *REALLY THICK* rose-colored glasses because... well... we *love* the original trilogy. Are you *really* going to say that the stop-motion Tontons in Ep. V still hold up?! Or the battle against the Rancor in Ep. VI?! Or most of the green screen effects in Ep. VI for that matter?! Or practically the *entire* Ep. IV before the special edition, back when it was just called Star Wars?!
Prequel Trilogy > Original Trilogy. Thank you Georgie.
No way bruh the originals are untouchable
Prequel & OT > sequel trilogy*
Yes!
May The Force Be With You Always \m/ nice wholesome video
The kids loved it and that’s all that matters
took fans a few years to like the prequels but we r here now :) ive always grew up with them :) episode 3 is still my fav
The most iconic and fan favorite film in my opinion, we need a Lucas Cut of the film with a 3-4 hour cut of the film with scenes that weren’t finished and all that cool stuff
Sad noisea
it showed more emotion 😐
Ahh what it was to be young again watching this 18 years later. Cheryl Hickey was and still is hot.
Thank you Hayden best anakin ever
@Bonkeys different opinions bro.
Have you ever hear the tragedy of darth plagueis the wise?
@Bonkeys who’s Darth bader?
At least there's no sand.
Its course and gets everywhere.
1:38 "I din''t get who won in the end" - right on point!
Lol palpatine won because he got the republic into a civil war which granted him emergency powers to do what ever he wants.
@EpicGamer 2460 Though now it is considered legends, The novel "Darth Plagueis" really makes the prequels and the scope of Palpatine's much more interesting and grander.
I'm not sure why people didn't like Hayden's acting, he absolutely nailed Anakin in his turn to the dark side. Many of those who were a part of the 6 Star Wars movies will attest to the fact that Lucas would cast people who he did not need to give much direction to in their roles. What you see is %100 the actor portraying their character with George only stepping in to give little bits of advice now and again with things like inflections for dialogue.
Exactly
They were not expecting Anakin, everyone wanted to see Vader. They don't care about the character, just that he's a cool villain and kills people in a hallway in bad-ass mode. Hayden has made a great Job.
Nah the acting was kinda off. Anakin was made interesting through clone wars and EU, but his performance here was very off. I don't see how gen Zers don't get that. I liked these movies but man they were nowhere near the same ballpark as the og trilogy. Go watch the RLM vids to know how ppl felt.
@mania4270 exactly. I like Hayden. Met him in person, and he is a really nice guy but the acting chops are not there. But I dont completely blame him. Its a 50/50 contribution. Its half his bad acting met with George Lucas's inability to write good dialogue and direct actors.
Hayden Christensen is a decent actor. He was just handed a shitty script written by a lazy-ass director who didn't give him anything to work with (literally and figuratively). It's a shame his career never bounced back. It's kinda like Robert Pattinson after those shitty Twilight movies, but he's managed to get some great parts and prove himself over the past few years.
the script was fine, only geeks, neckbeards, critics and aging degenerate nerds made up that the script was bad, it wasn't. Star Wars is in a fantasy/ sci fi world.
@koobmoon 745 Most people got it, even kids. The dumb were just playing dumb for the sake of it.
George Lucas wasn't lazy.
@@Person-wz6iy ever seen behind-the-scenes footage from the prequels? He sat on his ass behind multiple monitors while any actors who hadn't already given up desperately sought any notes or direction. Lucas is a hack, and the only reason the original Star Wars worked is because his ex-wife saved it in post.
@@onlyrevolutions2010 He gave you the greatest Film Series of all time!
I'd rather pay to watch the reporter ...
Cheryl Hikcey. She's married with 2 kids. Still looks amazing for a 44 year old 👌🏼👌🏼 Key words, married and kids - she seems happy with what she's got.
Good movie, but if they cut that romance shit lol I loved the advertising of this film,I bought the figures and games. I missed 2002.
I do like that "shit".
If the romance was cut then Anakin wouldn't have become Vader
Cool I’m going to be doing this at mini con lol
