only 2 screws are not safe enough to balance all the force that user can put with his body during worst cases. Recently I dismounted plates and I can assure that the double sided tape is very very strong and safely attached👍🏻

That was one thing I was worried about as I'm new to EUCs, started with a V5, looking to get a V11 and saw a lot of ppl gluing their pads down once they found the sweet spot they liked. I really like the thought of moving them slightly depending on the shoes I'm wearing and was concerned about them not sticking very strong

Velcro is pretty good for that, only way i had pads fly off is when i was going on the side of the hill and a big rock set me off balance, i ran it off but EUC flew off into the bush, bush caught it, but one of the pads went flying down the hill 😅

You are absolutely right! Original available space area on V11 is not enough and more the upper side material is not good enough in order to fix pads in a good way. So if you are like me and would like pads model that give full comfort when ride, well a pair of plates is a must so you can move and find your personal position that fit your body size perfectly without problems

@@wheel4fun Appreciate your feedback. Speaking of size, I see you went with the Classic size. Do you feel it's a good size or do you wish you had gone with the larger Big size? They market the Big for +18 and with the V11 being exactly 18, I'm wondering which one I should get. I'm not a very tall or very big person, average height/weight.

It's a personal choice, not universal rule for everybody. I would go for Standard

w/o a fairing plate, you will need single piece pads where the front and back are joined, so you can make the best use of the column going up the middle on the V11. There is enough surface that way, but it will feel less stable than if you spend the extra for those plates no matter what pads you get.

I waited 3 or 4 weeks. Take in mind they are private manufacturer, non an industry. The long wait will pay you back in happyness everyday you will ride your wheel with them😉

I'm 85 kg and I realized that I can feel comfortable on S22 shock absorber only during high usage. For my day by day usage it is better V11
