We was there a few weeks ago and did the Clermont parkrun a couple of time, amazing but never sweat so much in my life, great was ridiculous
Yeah we have done clermont a few times and it’s lovely but your right, the humidity is of the scale! This one is so different to any others, it’s brilliant.
Need to come to Australia in summer, time to feel some real heat Hayden

Amazing achievement, well done. Gutted I didn’t get to see you out on the course but my marshal spot was at the far end of the 3k run loop & you were on the 2.5k loop.

@@Runningwithhayden Yes, it was so hot where I was. By the time the runners were passing me for the 6th time lots of them were saying they were pleased they didn’t have to see me ever again 🤣

Hey Hayden… well done great video as always, brought back memories from running the 10K for the past 2 years, do like Madrid… did you get the extra bling for running 2 races as years ago when I ran RnR Dublin and Liverpool got an extra (Heavy) medal.
Thank you! We saw the 10k go off, it was really well attended! As we done vegas we get a “heavy medal” sent to us within 8 weeks so looking forward to getting that one.

It’s when you are on the red course so red and yellow wave runners. It was unexpected as I haven’t run that wave before 🤣🤣
