It's not about the GPU that gives you this type of quality, even a 3070 TI can run the game better than a PS5. The difference is the performance you get with these settings. A 4090 might be able to get 100 FPS while a 3070 only gets 40 FPS (example). Either way, PC is better IMO. Not only do you have the freedom to play at whichever settings you'd prefer, but you can also do countless other things that a PS5 simply cannot do. Like render animations, upload videos, go on a shopping spree, have multiple tabs open, etc.

Lately I've been having trouble uploading more than 4-5 minutes of recorded gameplay regardless of the original length.
