At this point, a longer swing arm is needed. If you have been running that chain like that, you need a new one. Your lower chain guide looks messed up, too. Chains can whip off and give you a nasty injury, dont mess with them if you dont know what you're doing.

The whistle comes from having straight cut gears and not a timing chain. The whistle is not induction noise at all, but you can hear induction as well. I’ve had my 675r since 2012 and it’s a weapon.

Still love my 12 675R. No complaints. Bought the Bobber in 17 also. And what a difference. It’s like riding a couch. But it’s comfy. I’m over 50 and still love bikes. It keeps you young.

I have a 2009, Dayton 675. I LOVE this bike. It is my favorite bike of all the bikes I have owned. It's wicked smooth and fast. Just pure joy to ride. It's a real head turner as well.
